Charming one bedroom, one bathroom condo has gulf front views right from your private balcony. This beautifully decorated unit is located on the South end of Fort Myers Beach Island, across the street from Fish Tale Marina. The unit features a king bed in the bedroom area and a sleeper sofa in the living area that fits one person, allowing a max occupancy of 3 guests. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo, and the kitchen comes with all major appliances.

Take part in early mornings, afternoon, or evening strolls on the white sandy beach just outside your door, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and floaties are available in the unit as well. This rental also has a communal pool and tennis courts for use. Free WiFi is also available. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. Each building at EBT has a laundry room on the ground floor that are coin operated or pay by app.

* We would like to note that most renovations have been completed at Estero Beach and Tennis (including the pool!). There is still construction occurring across the island and the experience will not be the same as what it was prior to Hurricane Ian, but much progress has been made in the past year. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches that are right next to the towers. *

This property is on a physical key. You will need to pick up keys at our office 2085 Estero Blvd. Fort Myers Beach to gain access to this property. Per condo association rules, all guests upon arrival to the complex must sign in with the onsite office at EBT to complete registration forms and receive their parking pass.

This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! Minimum age to rent is 25 years old, during high season we rent from Sat - Sat (from Christmas to Easter)NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
