Beautifully decorated efficiency located in the Estero Beach and Tennis Club on the South end of Fort Myers Beach.



The Space:

This charming one bedroom, one bathroom unit is beautifully decorated and located right on the Gulf, with private balcony overlooking the beach below. The entire suite was remodeled with fabulous, modern upgrades in 2024, from the kitchen appliances and living room furniture, to fresh new tile, all-new bedroom area and fully renovated bathroom amenities. This unit is luxe and ready to host YOU during your next beach vacation.



Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

Enjoy the views of the beach and gulf from your balcony. Estero Beach & Tennis Club is directly on the beach, along the south end of Fort Myers Beach, directly across from Santini Plaza with plenty of shopping and restaurants. This rental also has a shared pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard, bocce ball, picnic and BBQ area, and a laundry room. Free Wi-Fi is available.

This property is on a physical key. You will need to pick up keys at our office 2085 Estero Blvd. Fort Myers Beach to gain access to this property. Per condo association rules, all guests upon arrival to the complex must sign in with the onsite office at EBT to complete registration forms and receive their parking pass.



* We would like to note that most renovations have been completed at Estero Beach and Tennis (including the pool!). There is still construction occurring across the island and the experience will not be the same as what it was prior to Hurricane Ian, but much progress has been made in the past year. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches that are right next to the towers. *



This unit requires a physical key. You will need to pick up keys from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach first to gain access to this unit.



This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.

This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! The minimum age to rent is 25 years old, during high season we rent from Sat - Sat (from Christmas to Easter) NO SMOKING ALLOWED.

Perfect condo!!! Clean!!! Right on the beach!!! Awesome sunsets!!! The only downside was in the arrival instructional email was a littleconfusing. The door code number they gave us was for last quarter. Also, we were an after hours check in, the directions should have added that the box to the right, is on the building with the a garage doors. Overall though they get a 5 stars!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great experience overall; only minor negative with condo was what appeared to be dog hair on the floor that was missed in cleaning. Everything else was very clean - comfortable and well appointed. We appreciated the stocking of ample towels, and other basic necessities that were provided.

The unit is in desperate need of updating, in particular the kitchen and living room. There was no dishwasher and the couch/pull out was horrible. After a day in the sun it would have been nice to relax on the couch with a glass of wine but it was so sunken in that it was not possible. The view was awesome, the bed and bathroom were fine but having to go downstairs to do laundry was a pain, especially when there is no change machine and the office doesn’t open until 1:00 PM. Having to drive the length of the island to pickup and return keys during the busy season is a pain as well. We love the location as food and necessities are right across the street. It’s the little things that make a trip special!

We truly enjoyed our visit. fort Myers beach has my heart. our condo was awesome we shared many sunsets, almost a full moon over the ocean over the ocean water. Only 2 negatives we have is one we had to come a day late due to hurricane. two the pool was not operating and we had looked forward to a lot of pool time. We will be back next year as we truly love our new favorite place.
