Enjoy this Fort Myers Beachfront condo located mid-island. This two bedroom, two bathroom is located in the Strandview complex that has a shared pool and is fully equipt to make you feel all the comforts of home. Enjoy the beach at your doorstep. Other venues in the area include a grocery store, restaurants, and shops. Please note this vacation rental has a one month minimum rental period requirement.

There is a $100.00 fee for all cancellations outside of our 48 hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel.

This property is restricted to monthly rentals during peak season (Jan - Mar). Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals are available. Shorter stays may be available during summer and fall months. The minimum age to rent is 25.

This unit requires a physical key. You will need to pick up keys from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach first to gain access to this unit.
