Great Property-Almost Ready for Prime Time
After reading the reviews & looking at the pictures, both a little non-traditional for a VRBO listing, I called the owner to get the better picture- He was a forthright and honest person, high character & high quality individual. The house is as advertised, a remodelled farm house, very clean, very modern on the inside and actually much bigger on the first floor than the pictures might suggest. My sister lives in the area and the first floor was so spacious we had them come over to the property versus going to their place. It can comfortably accommodate 15-20 people milling around and talking. The A/C window unit was good at cooling the first floor. It is one of the nicer properties that I have stayed in with VRBO, The location is very good to as you are about 30+ min from the airport, 25+ minutes from downtown Syracuse or the Destiny Mall, and about 30 min from Skaneateles Lake- very central and out in the country surrounded by beautiful hillsides drives. Actually a great place to stay and if you are a cyclist have your run of challenging hilly country roads. The living room as an awesome entertainment recliner chair set that fits 6-7 people comfortably and the TV is large and the cable was easy to use- when you are away from home being able to sit in a comfortable chair and relax and watch TV like in this place was a real luxury. Improvements: I say almost ready for prime time because I have a ton of travel experience and some of the little things need to be improved. First, we were staying for a memorial service and there were very few hangers or closet rods to hang our nice clothes on for the service. Two, there were only 2 pillows per bed, most places at this level have four pillows per bed, Three, there were very few towels- but there is a good washer dryer on premises so it worked out fine (I have two girls and a wife- we need towels :), Fourth, the wifi was not the strongest (it is an old farmhouse but my kids need a stronger wifi). Five, could us an A/C unit on 2nd fl.I would also say that when you pull up to the house it doesn't look like much but, once you open the door and see the remodeled inside everything is fine. The car track is across the street and there was a club night on Wednesday but it was done by dusk and the cars didn't start again until Saturday morning around 10am. It is actually kind of cool and eclectic to have the track and clubhouse across the street. Overall, great fit for our needs and would recommend.

Completely Inaccurate Description & OLD Property
We were 3 families (6 adults + 2 kids - 2 yrs & 7 yrs) who booked it for 2021 Labor Day weekend (5/28 - 5/30). There were many issues - 1. It was mentioned on website that the property has 21/2 bathrooms when we booked it. To our surprise when we reached there it had only two full baths. When we called the property manager (I think she was wife of the owner) she said NO we have only 2 BR. After our stay, we spoke with Todd Milton he said he recently added shower in one of the bathrooms (BR) and forgot to untick/remove the 1/2 BR and hence it showed 21/2, his apologizes. It was NOT our mistake but something the owner put WRONG description. Had we known this that this property has 2 BR, we would not have booked it. We faced LOT OF inconvenience with 2 kids and 6 adults. 2. This property still mentions that it can sleep 8 people, which is INCORRECT. There are only 3 queen beds and couches are NOT flat to sleep (not sleeper sofa). 3. Too many WRONG pictures of the club shown on the website but only a FEW pictures of the actual property (only interior no exterior). If you see exterior picture, you will NOT choose this property. 4. None of the closets are complete (no rods, no hangers). We could not hang our clothes and we have to fold them every night and put them either on tables or in suitcases. Very inconvenient, felt as if we are sleeping at the airport. 5. This property has two porches front & back. Since this property is in woods, both the electric bulbs were fused/broke, and it was so dark that we did not feel safe outside. We have to go and buy bulbs to avoid this inconvenience. When mentioned to property owner(Todd) after the stay he said that he can send a check for the bulbs as we left both the bulbs there. 6. We checked with property manager about the grill before booking and he said he has it (we were ready to bring ours). But when we started using it, it ran out of gas/fuel in 7 - 10 min and we could not complete/enjoy it and have to waste all marinated food we prepared for grilling. 7. This Property seems REALLY OLD. May be an old barnhouse converted into a holiday home. The basement was super old and smelly but we DONT have to use it. But the wooden floor will make cracking sound when you walk even with marshmallow toes. 8. Almost all the wooden floors worn. They give a dirty/uncleaned feeling. 9. The address of the property is INCORRECT. We have to spend 40 -50 min on the 1st day & kept calling property manager's phone no., no reply.
