La Capioline, charming property for 10 people, on 5,000m2 of land. A stone's throw from the superb village of La Roque Sur Pernes, facing Ventoux at the entrance to the Luberon Natural Park and in the immediate vicinity of L'Isle sur la Sorgue.

Alliance of stones, old and contemporary for these 300m² of living space including 5 bedrooms, 4 shower rooms and toilets, including 1 duplex bedroom (2 beds down + 1 double bed up) with 1 bathroom + wc. Spacious living room, very bright, with its open and friendly kitchen. All the elements of the house are connected by a magnificent glass roof. The land is landscaped in terraces, bordered by olive trees and fruit trees. Stone swimming pool with its pool house. Dominant view and exceptional environment. Fibre Internet is also available.

Bed linen and towels (including beach) are supplied.

Quiet without being isolated, it is also important to respect the tranquility of the surroundings.

The Mont Ventoux, the Luberon, the Golf de Saumane, Fontaine de Vaucluse, Isle sur la Sorgue its picturesque market and its antique shops ... and Avignon a few kilometers away. The area and the environment of the property are conducive to total disconnection.

The Village of Saint Didier is 3 kms away, there are all the quality butcher shops, several bakers, an excellent pastry shop, cafes and restaurants offering quality local products.

The markets of Provence are also an opportunity to enjoy our local culture. In St Didier it takes place every Monday, all year round.

Restful place

Amazing property high up in the hills of Provence. The property is absolutely gorgeous with so much to do around or just stay and enjoy the views, the pool and all the property gives you. A place to go with family or friends with beautiful rooms.

Lovely La Capioline

La Capioline is a lovely property and we enjoyed our stay there. The owner was very responsive pre and during stay via email, answering any question quickly. The lady who manages the on site check in etc was lovely too. There were just a few things that detracted from a perfect stay - in the room that I was staying in there was a flying ant infestation, along with normal ants too. Additionally, there were multiple spiders homes along the door and around the skirting - appreciate that spiders and bugs are normal part of life but in this case the webs had been there for a long time. The other minor thing was the area around the pool - the tiles were breaking off making it a little dangerous, it just needs a little bit of tidying up. The property is Very well equipped for groups with all the cutlery, plates, serving dishes etc that you could imagine. Overall we had a good stay with just a few small things that detracted a little but I’m sure that they will be addressed.

Vacances dans la jungle

Propriété en friche, piscine inutilisable en raison d’un taux de chlore trop élevé et eau trouble, espace grillade immonde et non fonctionnel. Chambres mal nettoyées et salles d’eau avec des odeurs de moisissures. Sur le site, il est mentionné que 2 chambres doivent partager une salle de bain commune mais en réalité, ce sont 2 chambres en une sans aucune séparation et dont les occupants doivent passer devant le lit de l’autre pour se rendre aux toilettes… bonjour l’intimité ! Il est également mentionné un spa qui est en fait une baignoire à bulles située dans la chambre double où devrais-je dire, quadruple. Un des couples a dû dormir sur le sofa du séjour pour avoir un semblant d’intimité alors qu’un bungalow extérieur était disponible mais non préparé. Grosse déception pour les 5 couples qui ont loué 4 nuitées pour 2900 Euros dans un endroits qui semblait paradisiaque

Cher Monsieur, Votre retour d’appréciation est fort décevant et je suis désolé de cette impression que vous laissez. Bien heureusement les appréciations reçues depuis plusieurs années prouvent le contraire de vos commentaires. Il est néanmoins important de répondre point par point à vos complaintes. Concernant la piscine, elle est traitée automatiquement et par electrolyse, depuis 3 jours avant votre arrivée nous avons eu beaucoup de vent et sable, et l’intervention de notre pisciniste a permis de la remettre en bon état de fonctionnement. Je n’ai pas de commentaires sur la propreté, tous les locataires font état d’une propriété impeccable et la conciergerie qui la gère met un soin particulier a ce qu’elle le reste. Pour la chambre ‘duplex’ il est clairement indiqué que c’est une seule chambre et non 2. Il n’y a pas de spa sur l’annonce, mais bien un bain a remous. Le bungalow extérieur n’est pas indiqué sur l’annonce car il n’est pas à louer. Enfin, la cuisine extérieure et la plancha ont été refaits ce Printemps, et recueillent à chaque retour de vacanciers uniquement de bonnes appréciations. Pour terminer, à chaque confirmation de location je sollicite les clients par message pour avoir un briefing et premier contact, et aussi pour répondre aux éventuelles questions. Vous n’avez pas souhaité le faire. Votre mode de communication vous appartient, mais votre retour d’expérience est fort inapproprié. Je retiens aussi l’état de salissure dans lequel vous avez laissé notre propriété. Cela démontre que votre respect du matériel est loin de vos exigences à l’égard des autres. Je vous souhaite un bon été et je l’espère des vacances reposantes.

Bel endroit très au calme

Une jolie maison, très au calme. Une très belle piscine, les chambres sont spacieuses, il y a de nombreux endroits pour se réunir. Nous avions une préférence à côté de la piscine. Une parfaite communication avec le propriétaire et la concierge sur place. Tout était parfait, tout était sur place, linge de Maison, serviette de bain serviette de toilette. En bref, un bon séjour. Calme et douceur de vivre

Maison très agréable à vivre, les différents coins de repos permettent de profiter de l'ombre ou du soleil selon les goûts de chacun. L'articulation des pièces autour du patio est une vraie réussite. Une très belle adresse pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis, jouer à la pétanque, au ping-pong et terminer la journée par des jeux de société. Nous en avons oublié la télévision et internet !

Beautiful location

The property was beautiful and the scenery couldn't have been better. We popped into St. Didier each morning for fresh croissants and bread and the occasional groceries. Our GPS struggled sometimes with the best way to get from the house to other area (without sending us on switchbacks too tight for the car) but we absolutely loved staying here. Thank you for the perfect location to travel around Provence!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, très belle villa et très très bien équipée même pour les enfants. Deux bémols : la propreté à revoir et quelques infiltrations d’eau lors de fortes pluies.

Entspannung pur in der Provence

Das Haus bietet alles, was die Bilder versprochen haben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Stunden am Pool oder auf der Terrasse bis spät abends und die Ruhe sehr genossen. Fenster im Schlafzimmer lassen sich verdunkeln. Wir hatten den Eindruck dass das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus schon etwas länger nicht genutzt worden war. Also erstmal Geschirr spülen, wenn man gerne selber kocht. Küche ist ausreichend gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr schön, etwas abseits vom Trubel. Einkaufen oder essen gehen mit dem Auto ca. 15 min in Pernes-Les-Fontaines. Die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen im Umkreis von ca 18 - 45 km, sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für Genießer der Natur in der Provence.

Joyau architectural très bien situé

La maison est un véritable joyau architectural avec un magnifique jardin et une très belle décoration intérieure. La communication a été excellente. La maison est merveilleusement située pour explorer de nombreuses destinations en Provence (telles que Gordes, l'Isle-sur-la Sorgue, Fontaine de Vaucluses, les Dentelles de Montmirail...etc). La maison dispose de beaucoup d'espace pour les grands groupes et les familles, avec de nombreuses activités possibles. Nous recommandons vivement d'y séjourner et espérons y retourner un jour.

Mas plein de charme

Séjour très agréable et ensoleillé! La propriété est pleine de charme avec ses oliviers et amandiers! Ce mas est décoré avec énormément de goût et idéalement situé, en pleine nature, au calme mais à 5 minutes du joli village de St-Didier! Les enfants ont pu profiter de tous les jeux présents ds le mas y compris raquettes de badminton, boules de pétanque... A recommander pour son cachet et sa situation!
