Nice view and outdoor area

Nice property with nice facilities (barbecue, coffee machine, fridge etc.), however some of the indoor needs a walk over and the pool needs to be renovated.

Amazing view but villa in desperate need of some TLC

The view from this villa is fantastic, the kitchen appliances all work, the sun is on the pool and terrace for most of the day and the pool table is an added bonus, on the surface this looks like a lovely villa to stay in. However the swimming pool surface is literally falling apart and several of our party cut themselves on the bottom and sides while playing. The toilets barely flush, one shower did not work, there are no locks on the toilets and the doors do not close properly. The floors and walls have holes in them covered over by furniture and vases so don't move anything, some of the lights and wall sockets are hanging off or have exposed wires showing. There is air conditioning in only 2 of the bedrooms so we needed to buy a couple of large fans to help cool the other rooms otherwise it was impossible to sleep because of the heat. On the rare occasion it rained the roof leaks leaving puddles in the living room and downstairs toilet. There is a basement bedroom that stinks of damp luckily we did not need to use it (nicknamed the dungeon) You need a car to stay here which was not a problem for us but a consideration as you cannot walk on the road safely to anywhere. We have stayed in a lot of rental properties and this was the worst maintained of all of them, the host is also the least friendliest we have met.

mis à part la vue qui est vraiment jolie; l'installation électrique laisse a désirer (rallonge qui pendent, prises qui ne fonctionnent pas, spot au plafond maintenu avec de l'essuie tout, tableau électrique très loin des normes de sécurités), pointe des vises sortant des meubles (dangereux surtout pour les enfants), cache misère, climatisation fonctionne dans 1 chambre et dans le petit appartement, demande de lit parapluie ok au départ mais pas eu (obligation d'acheter un lit parapluie) les lumières de la piscine flottes dans l'eau au bout des câbles invasion d'insectes et limaces dans la chambre au sous-sol WC défectueux environ 6 km de la plage et non 800m comme indiqué dans l'annonce ménage ni fait, ni a faire rien pour nettoyer la piscine

Vue magnifique

Villa avec une vue magnifique et un jolie jardin mais malheureusement la villa se fait vieux à besoin d un peu de travaux mais dans l ensemble nous avions passé un bon moment dans cette villa et le Mr qui nous a accueilli à était très sympa et à répondu à nos attente , attention aux moustiques et aux insectes !!!

Nous nous sommes retrouves dans cette magnifique villa avec vue sur les iles de Lerin , nous arrivons de grenoble ,montpellier et besancon ,quelle chance il y avait 3 places de parking fermes par un portail automatique .exterieurs super entretenu ,cote piscine whoua quelle extraordinaire vue a vous couper le soufle en plus de celle ci,une renovation totale a une ete effectue ,belle piscine ,table,chais, tout est parfait etc. A l interieur une belle cuisine avec tous les équipements,un salon avec une tres belle cheminee suspendue dommage il faisait trop chaud on ne l a pas utilise ,mais heureusement dans nos chambres il y avait la climatisation dons tres tres agreables A la premiere occasion nous y retournerons mes amis et moi car c est tellement rare de trouver une villa aussi belle avec cette vue et la calme present ,merci au proprietaire de nous avoir mis au frais une bouteille de rose c etait bien agreable
