We really enjoyed our stay at Cornerstone West for Christmas! The condo was very suitable for our needs. It was comfortable and well-equipped for our weeklong visit in Savannah. Location is convenient for sightseeing and returning back to this quiet comfortable spot!
Perfect location from River Street and Broughton. Close enough to walk if you want, but also a quick and easy drive if you want to park a little closer to everything. House was clean and well-maintained!

It was our pleasure hosting Sydney's group. They left our unit neat and tidy and are welcome back any time.
Our son attends SCAD and is housed close by in Montgomery Hall. This location is very convenient to his dorm, easy access to highway and a quick jaunt to downtown area. The condo was clean and everything was in working order.
We loved the space except for the little red flying bugs that kept invading the bathroom when the lights were on. It met all our needs and the parking spot worked great! The site was within 2 miles of almost everything we did. easy!
Check-in was a breeze. Unit was very clean and as pictured. There is some nice quirkiness to it. The neighborhood looks like it is being revitalized. We were able to walk to dinner at Starland Yard and breakfast at Flora and Fauna which was great. There is new construction on the lot behind the unit so it was a little loud in the morning. Also the walls must be thin because I could hear the people in the unit next to ours talking when we went to bed. But overall it is a good space and very comfortable.
It was a pleasure hosting Will & Micki here in Savannah. We would welcome them back any time.

We are local residents and small business owners who moved to this lovely and scenic city from California after attending college at the Savannah College of Art & Design. We love designing spaces, meeting and interacting with people from around the world, artwork and hosting.
Why they chose this property
We lived across the street from this Historic Victorian Era property for a few years before purchasing it in 2005 as a complete demo and renovation project. This was the second renovation project for us in this neighborhood and we ran with it. This historic building was built circa 1912 and was in rough shape when we found it. We fully renovated and updated it over the course of a year and have been both living in it and renting units inside of it ever since. We are constantly making small changes and improvements as we go and hope to allow others to enjoy themselves inside our units while also being able to experience our beautiful southern city where movies and memories are made. Our neighborhood is bursting with growth and new things that turn up every week. We enjoy all of the unique local shops, breweries, eateries and venues in the Starland Area that are just blocks away and we welcome you to come enjoy them for yourselves.
What makes this property unique
The mix of modern and old-world Victorian southern charm is what drew us to this city and this neighborhood. It is a bustling blend of old & new! The neighborhood has both historic and funky creatively designed homes, a mishmash of college students, historic preservationists, locals whose families have resided here for hundreds of years, and people who visited once and never left. Savannah boasts hundred-year-old moss-covered oak tree lined streets, cobblestone sidewalks, large urban park spaces and beautifully crafted squares as you make your way from our neighborhood north towards the Savannah River.
