NEWLY BUILT Large Single Family Home in Arlington

NEWLY BUILT in 2017 bright and spacious large home in South Arlington. Location is next door to the Army Navy Country Club, 5 minutes from the Pentagon, and 10 minutes from downtown DC (traffic depending). The house can accommodate at least 8-12, contact us regarding larger groups. Interested guests are more than welcome to take a video tour of the house and/or come see it in person before hand if local. All parts of this house listed in the rental are included and fully private, but the basement and part of the garage is not included and may be occasionally occupied.

Maria and Matt maintain a wonderful VRBO. The house is beautiful and the neighborhood was perfect for our stay. They were very accommodating with our needs/requests. My only issue is to make sure they disclose there are multiple units at this location. The basement is used as a permanent residence/apartment and the apartment above the house is another VRBO. We could hear the tenant in the basement. This was not disclosed to us prior to our booking or arrival. Other then that, again the house was beautiful and Maria and Matt were pleasant to work with.

I apologize for any miscommunication about the basement as we have listed in our house description the parts of the house that are for the guest and fully private to them and what is not, and even could have made alternate arrangements for our family friend had we known. As you could see, we work hard to make sure our guests are comfortable and happy and try to go above and beyond. We enjoyed having you all and would certainly welcome you back anytime!
