This was our third time staying in a Shorewalk condo and we really enjoyed it . The complex is walking distance to many restaurants and stores . Downtown Bradenton is 15 minutes away .

Clean with great amenities

The property was exactly as pictured online. The accommodations at the property were nice; both pools, jacuzzi, and outside grill/ dining area. The condo had all necessary amenities; including dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, etc! Would recommend updating the mattresses, sheets and towels. As they are fairly aged. Overall a really nice place and super clean!

Apartment was extremely clean and there was plenty of room for 4 of us to stay. We made good use of the grills and the pools and hot tub. The only changes we would recommend would be to install a security bar in the bathtub, and to replace the queen size mattress (not very firm anymore).

Condo was just as advertised!

We sure enjoyed our week at Shorewalk, the balcony overlooking the pond and fountain was a special treat in this condo! There are beautiful neighborhoods to walk in, close proximity to golf courses, shopping, and beaches. Our only disappointment with Shorewalk was that there are not recycling bins in the trash areas within the complex, perhaps adding instructions for guests to know where to take recycling would be helpful since nobody wants to throw away plastic, cardboard, and glass these days.

Everything was fine. It was a cold spell so we didn't use the pool. Used the hot tub once but to cold getting out and walking back! A little disappointed there is no gym/weight room in clubhouse. Very clean and located close to Anna Maria Island

Awesome Shorewalk condo

We have stayed in many Shorewalk condos through the years. I have put this condo at the top of my favorites list, and we will stay here again when visiting the area. We love this floor plan. This unit was very clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and well appointed with everything we needed. Starter paper products, hand soaps & sanitizer were provided. The beds & linens were quite comfortable, and having a washer & dryer was a plus. This condo is within walking distance of a Publix & an Aldi, and restaurants and other shopping is a short drive, as are the Beaches, museums and other attractions. Checking in and out couldn't have been easier, and the management office staff friendly & responsive. This property is everything it is advertised to be, and I highly recommend it.

Great Location

The location was perfect for all of the things that we wanted to do. The space, decor, view of the pond with fountain, and the amenities were great! It was quiet and the starter pack was wonderful. While the kitchen was clean and adequately appointed the stove burners and cabinets could use some attention. We would happily stay again!

Wonderful Winter Getaway

Extremely clean two BR condo. Plenty of dishes. Close to Publix and Aldi groceries stores. No toaster. BYO soap and sundries for shower. Also, if you like to cook a reminder to BYO spices. Super convenient to have washer dryer right there and owner supplied laundry pods. Shorewalk has nice pool- long enough for laps, tennis courts, BB court, pickleball and hottubs. Super friendly residents, we met new people every day.

We were surprised at the comment that there was no toaster in the unit. We did go to the condo immediately to check on this and somehow you must have missed seeing the toaster in the kitchen cabinet. We will make sure that this is on the counter top for future visitors. We do provide a starter kit in all of our rentals which includes one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, garbage liners in every garbage, and a small soap in each bathroom. This information is included in our rental agreement as well and the terms and conditions listed on VRBO. We are so sorry that you missed seeing that information . We really enjoyed having you come and stay with us. We would love to welcome you back as our guest in the future and as always, we will strive to make your next stay with us as enjoyable as possible! We too have a vacation rental on VRBO so we are aware of the things that a renter looks for. There were a few chipped dishes and the slider door to the closet in master would not move, it was off the tracks and the door to the linen closet in the master bath was broke as well. The guest bathroom had a clogged tub drain and the pressure was not so good. The WiFi password didn't work. No laundry soap, dishwasher soap or paper towels . Since you are asked to strip the beds and start the laundry before you leave and run the dishwasher and take out the garbage you should provide the necessary items to do that! A fee is charged for cleaning and yet we are supposed to provide the cleaning products? I don't think so... Since all we did was sleep and shower there no cooking, TV, etc. it was pretty clean when we left. We know our biggest issue was when we had come back one night and we saw that someone had been in the unit while we were gone. Which made us a bit nervous. They brought pool passes and left them on the table. When we picked up the keys they could have asked us if we needed any or called us to ask if we did, rather than come into the unit while we were gone. One other suggestion it's a bit of a distance to pick up the keys rather than having to drive all the way back out there it would be nice if the keys could be either left in the office of the complex or just left in the unit since the cleaning people have to come there anyway... they could easily return them to the original pick up place.We would stay here again due to its convenience and the master bed was comfortable
