Wonderful place for those traveling on a budget! Not fancy but had everything we needed for our visit to Athens. This flat was clean and provided all the essentials. The host’s communication was outstanding. Walking to most major sights was about 25 minutes and access to the metro about 10 minutes, less for the bus. I would recommend this place!
My boyfriend and I stayed at this apartment for a week, and it was the perfect location for us. It’s only about a 15–20 minute walk to the Plaka neighborhood and the Acropolis, and it’s also conveniently close to the train and bus stations. The host was incredibly friendly and provided detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment from the airport. They also shared a great list of nearby restaurants and cafés to check out.The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If you’re considering staying in Athens, I would definitely recommend choosing this place.
Great property in a residential area, with local gems. We could a great restaurant and ice cream within a 5 minute walk. The host, Mario, was very responsive and understanding. The check in and check out process was straight forward. I would recommend staying here if you are visiting Athens!
Great communication with the host throughout the whole process. Very inviting and comfortable apartment located within a short walk of Plaka and the Acropolis.
I only wish the shower was a little bigger. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay.
The flat was clean and perfect for all our needs! About a 15 minute walk to the Acropolis, and surrounded by lots of great restaurants/bars. The owner was so helpful and easy to contact. He helped arrange a ride for us from the airport to the flat and was always checking in to make sure our needs were met. Also gave some excellent recommendations for food/drinks! Overall he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable!
We were able to walk to where ever we wanted without transportation hassles. Communication was over 5 stars! We had all the information we needed before arriving in Athens which made us more comfortable about our stay. The owner even communicated with us while we were there. He helped with restaurant recommendations and getting transportation from the airport to the flat. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided.
This charming flat was a gem to find on line. It was close to stores, restaurants, cafe’s and more.
The acropolis was about a 19 minute walk and was easy to navigate. But go early or after 2, That’s what we were told to avoid the crowds, from all the tours groups coming through.
Nik was an awesome host and made sure we were well taken care of during our stay. We were having problems finding a ride from the airport to the flat and he arranged it for us. I would highly recommend this flat to anyone looking for a quiet accessible place to stay in Athens.
The apartment was functional and very clean. My only criticism was that the apartment was very cheaply updated and had a dated feel - especially the tiny bathroom. Still, our needs were mostly met. If your expectations are not very high, this apartment will serve your needs. Wish there was a table and some more
chairs though. The neighborhood is safe and lively with lots of tavernas, cafes and good transportation available. It’s at least a 15-20 minute walk to the closest places of interest. Overall…decent value if on a budget.

Dear Maria,
Thank you for taking the time to provide a candid review of your stay in our apartment. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the experience for our guests.
As you noted, you had booked a budget-friendly accommodation, and with that in mind, there are certain limitations and tradeoffs that come along with the more affordable pricing. While we aim to provide a clean, functional space, we may not be able to offer the same level of luxury or modern amenities as higher-end properties.
Regarding the bathroom, as you mentioned, the photos in our listing accurately depict the size and condition of this space. We understand the small bathroom may not suit everyone's preferences, but given the budget-conscious nature of our apartment, we've had to make choices about how to allocate our resources.
Adding a table and more chairs is certainly an idea we can consider, but that would reduce the available space in the apartment. We try to strike a balance between providing comfortable furnishings and maintaining an uncluttered, functional layout. However, we're always open to feedback and will explore options to enhance the living space where possible.
Safe travels
