Large studio for rent facing the sea with beautiful panoramic views.

Studio 35 m2 with south facing balcony facing the sea on the 6th floor with elevator. Fully renovated. Can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.
Close to shops and the city center, located on the dike facing the beach and the supervised swimming area.
Large shower 90X120. SHOWER MAT SUPPLIED.
Parquet. Studio very bright. Well isolated. Large windows (double glazing) with electric shutters.
Flat screen television. Kitchen equipped with microwave, multi-function oven, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, soup blender, pressure cooker, coffee maker, bottle warmer.
DISHWASHER TOWELS PROVIDED.
Alcove closed, with two bunk beds made in 2018.
A convertible sofa bed from the Château d'Ax brand changed in 2018 with a real comfort mattress with 17 cm thick memory, with protective cover for 2 adults and 2 additional bunk beds (slatted frame, mattress 90x195 with protective covers) for 2 children. Duvets and pillows provided for all sleeping arrangements.
PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR DUVET COVERS, PILLOW COVERS AND YOUR TOILET LINEN that are NOT SUPPLIED.
Possibility to rent them for an extra charge if you wish. to do with my concierge on arrival.
Private outdoor parking included. Local closed collective bike.
Our Friends the animals are not accepted.

Superb sea view

The studio in Hardelot is bright, clean and very well equipped. We had everything we needed and loved the beach and sea views from the balcony. The shops are an easy walk away and having an allocated parking space was a bonus too. There is lots to do and see in the area and it is such an easy drive from the south of England through the tunnel. Having an excellent seafront restaurant just metres from the flat was a further bonus, although we really enjoyed eating out in other local restaurants as well. We had intended to have a few days away in the south west of England and it was a late ecision to go to northern France instead. It was the right decision and we will definitely be doing this again.

Un excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement, à la vue imprenable sur la mer, durant le weekend de l'Ascension. Il comprend toutes les commodités nécessaires et constitue une bonne base de départ pour diverses excursions tout le long de la Côte d'Opale (Wimereux, Wissant, Boulogne, Le Touquet...). Par chance, le beau temps était au rendez-vous, nous changeant agréablement de l'actuelle grisaille prévalant en Lorraine.La communication, tant avec les propriétaires qu'avec la conciergerie (merci à toutes les deux pour votre disponibilité et votre gentillesse !), a été très fluide, sans aucun accroc.Nous espérons pouvoir revenir dans cette location nichée au coeur de cette belle Côté d'Opale !

Notre semaine de vacances dans le studio s’est bien passée. Cependant, nous avons été étonnés de constater que le sol n’était pas propre lors de notre arrivée et le réfrigérateur pas entièrement dégivré. Cependant, la personne qui nous a accueillis a été très réactive lorsque nous lui avons dit qu’il n’y avait pas de torchons de cuisine comme précisé sur l’annonce en nous en apportant deux le soir même.

Superschöne Wohnung mit grandioser Aussicht

Eine wirklich großartige Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Wohnung liegt im 6. Stock, in einem Gebäude direkt am Strand. Kleine Küche vorhanden, auch hier war alles drin, was man braucht. Leider gibt es kein WLAN und keine Waschmaschine, was wir beides vermisst haben. Dies gibt aber keinen Stern Abzug, da es in der Beschreibung auch so kommuniziert wird. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung zu 100 %. Sehr freundliche Vermieter!
