This breathtaking property is located at the charming, historic King and Prince Resort in the South Villas, and offers access to a full amenities package which includes access to the main oceanfront pool, tennis courts, fitness center, business center, and spa. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is conveniently located on the first floor of the King and Prince Resort South Villas building, facing the Atlantic Ocean and St. Simons Island beach. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from the living room, kitchen, and primary bedroom. Offering brand new furnishings, high-quality linens, and new TVs in every room. Tastefully remodeled kitchen with granite countertops and new appliances, completely renovated bathrooms with custom tile, new vanities, and fixtures. The primary bath offers a walk-in shower, double vanity, and oversized closet. Great location, beautiful views, wonderful villa. Only downside was hurricane weather and we had to cut the trip short due to power outage on the whole island. Would definitely stay again.

All That And More!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the King & Prince. Our unit was clean and comfortable. No issues at all, and we are already discussing coming back for longer next year. We were within 20 yards of the beach and main pool. Also happy that we had a designated parking spot. Very helpful. Would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect spot for a quick getaway!

This condo has the perfect location on the bottom floor, so you can just walk out to catch a beautiful sunset on the beach. We loved our long weekend stay!

Perfect Location!

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend getaway. The condo was so clean and comfortable. We absolutely loved the location and the amenities that came along with it. Our favorite part was the short walk right out onto the beach from our patio door!

What a great condo with a fabulous view, so close to the beach and easy access to the King and Prince. We had a great week here! Love the location and everything about the condo. It was very clean and well stocked and we had grant communication with the rental agency. Can’t wait to come back!!

Wonderful villa/great location

Our family spent 3 wonderful days on St Simons. The villa was clean, comfortable and a perfect location for the beach and pool. Couldn’t have asked for a better time. Management was very responsive the entire time we were there. Would highly recommend and hope to return in the future.

Gorgeous location!

We had a lovely and fun stay here and especially enjoyed the location and view. So convenient to pop down to the beach for a walk or swim. We loved sitting outside on the patio in the early evening with a cocktail, the ocean view, and the sounds of waves. The villa had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely return!!

We had high hopes for this condo based on the previous reviews and great location. The location is perfect on the ground level. You can walk right out on to the beach or over to the King and Prince pool. The condo is showing some age and needs a deep, thorough cleaning. There is obvious water damage to the living room and master room that has not been addressed. The master shower is covered in mold to a point that it cannot even be cleaned. All the mattresses are covered with a very thick memory foam type pad which make them very squishy (I get this is a preference, but the pads slide around and felt like you were sinking into them. It just felt gross). There is lots of dust and spider webs in corners. We killed multiple bugs during our stay (more than would be normal in a humid environment). The kitchen is stocked but very disorganized. The appliances were the nicest thing in the condo. The living room furniture is not very comfortable. Seems like something from a waiting room. It did at least seems cleaner, because of the leather material, compared to the rest of the condo. The entire places smells old and dirty. Our clothing smells after returning home. Every corner or under every surface is covered in dust, hair, food, etc. It seems it hasn't been cleaned, other than a surface wipe down, in a long time. Thankfully, our family rented another condo in the same building so we stayed there most of the week. For the cost, there are very nice and clean condos in this building.

Superb Location - Condo With Hotel Amenities

This condo is part of a larger hotel resort on the Atlantic. Our unit faced the back lawn and ocean and we got wonderful sunrises. It was very quiet and the unit was in very good condition (it's an older complex). Condo guests were able to use the hotel's large pool deck which was really great. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. A few *very* small negatives: . We had some difficulty opening the cover of the lockbox on the front door which held our keys. It should probably be replaced. . The manager's instructions gave the wrong info for the wi-fi network. We alerted them via text and it was quickly resolved. . We only received an allocation of two dishwasher pods for five nights. Would probably be better to have as many pods as nights. Again, a very small thing. . The knives in the kitchen needed sharpening. . There were no coffee filters for the coffee maker, so we bought some. Again, this is a very nice unit and we would definitely stay again.
