We had a great time. I don’t know that there’s anything that could’ve been better for us with the property. Our ring was great. We were close to the pool and we were close to the beach and it’s so close to places to go eat that you could just walk to, which was very nice. We would definitely make plans to stay there again.

The condo was beautiful and clean. We were a group of three ladies so the three bedrooms with three full baths (one in the hall) worked out beautifully. The condo is very roomy with every inch of space well thought out. We only tried to watch tv once. It worked fine except they’re not smart tvs (or maybe we weren’t smart enough to figure it out) and we wanted to watch Netflix. I would definitely rent this unit again. We weren’t there to watch tv anyway.

Beautifully Appointed K&P Villa

The villa provided the perfect accommodations for our family wedding weekend. There was plenty of room for 2 couples and our infant granddaughter. The living area and kitchen were spacious and well appointed. The furnishings were both comfortable and inviting.

Great Condo

The condo was very nice and the instructions and communications from the rental agency were easy and thorough. The condo was in great shape. As a bonus, since nobody had rented the condo the night before, the landlord pushed to get us in by 2:00 since my aging parents were already in town and just killing time until we could get into the rental. Thanks so much for that.

Short stay

The hvac unit in the master bedroom did not sufficiently cool the bedroom. But I still give the unit an overall 5 stars..

Absolutely wonderful stay! Steps to East Beach which you have beautiful view from the balcony and over private pool area w/hottub. Beautifully appointed 3-bed 3-bath condo, superb quality from the silverware to the towels. Each bedroom has good privacy and space. Dreamy bed and bedding, stretch out with every comfort and every household item you could want. Great stove made it a pleasure to cook. Nice beach chairs w/carry handles & pouches for items & drinks. Big flatscreen tv's in all rooms, plenty of storage everywhere. Excellent lighting, as opposed to most hotels now. Large balcony opens from living room & a bedroom. Perfect stay for beach days or easy walk to some restaurants, shops, bike/beach rental. Very close to elevator. Historic King and Prince hotel next door. Don't miss the Fort Frederica historic site, grounds, stories of residents & housesites, OR the WWII museum & Coast Guard cottage! Fascinating & well-presented! Would be so easy to just stay in the condo & on the beach the whole time, but so much to explore & discover all around. We can't wait to go back. So much better than a hotel, you can't go wrong here. Good for 2 to 6.

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful villa. The furnishings were very nice and the location was perfect with a view of the ocean. Communication with Alex was exceptional, friendly and very helpful during our stay. Would certainly return in the future.
