We offer eight luxury suites or rooms in the Sedona’s Uptown shopping district, perfect for individual travelers, groups, or families. Located in vibrant and historic Uptown Sedona, next to Oak Creek Canyon and near the area’s best shopping, dining, art galleries, and recreational activities. These contemporary vacation rentals feature luxury pillow-top mattresses, plank flooring, private patios, modern granite bathroom vanities and tiled showers, mini refrigerators, microwaves, coffee makers, 44” flat screen TV's with free movie channels, and free wi-fi. (Two of our suites feature fully stocked kitchens with a stove top oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, sink, and kitchen table and chairs.) Rooms have been refurbished. Close to down town .

The rental process was easy and the day of checking in we were sent the door code. Suggest changing the door code to one you will not forget. Instructions are provided.

Perfect Stay

I had a fantastic experience during my stay in Sedona at Uptown Suites. The location was ideal, within walking distance to wonderful restaurants. The room was impeccably clean and equipped with all the amenities one would expect in a hotel. What truly stood out was the owner's responsiveness and helpfulness, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this Vrbo property to anyone visiting Sedona.

Second time staying and it was fantastic

Great location to be able to take a quick walk for ice cream, quality coffee, and food. Very clean with basic amenities that made the stay easy. It had everything we needed to be comfortable and was a great home base while we spent the days hiking.

This is a great place to stay while visiting Sedona. Price was extremely reasonable. Our room was perfect, as described, clean and in a great location at the end of the downtown strip. Parking was available. Surprisingly quiet at night. Property Manager was available. Easy walking to just about everywhere. Highly recommended!

Perfect Sedona Apartment

This apartment was right in the heart of Sedona and convenient to all the major sites. The check-in was seamless and it was impeccably clean. It is also right next to Elote, which is one of the best restaurants in Sedona. While it is not part of a large resort, it is a perfect home base for you to create your own adventure.

Great space for our little family

We rented this space for two nights in Sedona. Our little one is only 1.5 years old and we had her sleep on a small portable air mattress. The room was big enough so that we weren't tripping over ourselves -- it was also fairly child-proof. The bathroom was perfectly clean. We enjoyed our stay and would look to book here again in the future.

PERFECT!

Fantastic! Very clean, nice hot showers, super comfy bed, and the location could not have been better. There was a small hiccup with the door code on the last day, but Dave fixed it within minutes. Highly recommend staying here. We will definitely stay here again!

Close to ‘tourist’ part of Sedona ...

We prefer a less touristy area, but many would find this location advantageous. If you are the ‘pink jeep’ type of traveler, this would be a good place for you.

Great location, but room wasn’t great

Location was great and easy access to restaurants and shops. The room however has a VERY noisy A/C which made it difficult to get a solid night sleep. The tv I’m the room was at a horrible angle if you wanted to watch tv (only option was to watch from the bed). They need to move the tv mounting. Otherwise, clean room.

Nothing but good things to say about Sedona Uptown Suites. It's the perfect location for hanging out in downtown Sedona, the rooms are spacious and lovely, and Dave (the property manager) was responsive and helpful when we texted him. We would definitely stay here again.

Good location. Parking can be a challenge. No room for large vehicles. Clean room. TV should be relocated on different wall. Not comfortable to watch TV. Easy access to downtown.

Good Space at a Good Price

This property was nice and cute. The room was clean, well stocked and easily cooled in the summer. The property is in close proximity to coffee shops and shopping. The parking spaces were compact and with a full size truck I took almost half of the second space. Check-in and out was extremely easy and the door code worked like a charm. The property manager worked with our reschedule date quick, easy, and in a hurry. Thanks, Manuel
