A cosy family house located close to the beach and dunes. The perfect place to have a pleasant holiday.

This cosy family house have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Moreover, the house have a spacious, cozy dining room with open kitchen and a sitting room with a fireplace. Around the house there is a beautifully garden with a sunny terrace and a nice playground for the children. The house is located in Bentveld, a popular place to life because of its proximity to the beach and the dunes, the NS station Heemstede/ Aerdenhout (with direct connections to Amsterdam, The Hague and Rotterdam) and the location close to Haarlem and the lovely villages Bloemendaal and Heemstede.

We only accept families due to our agreements with the neighbours. hope you respect that.

My family consist of Florian and myself Caroline. We love to travel in Italy, Spain and hopefully in the near future to South Africa and some more adventurous destinations with our 2 kids. Our kids Loukie and Nuno are 5 years and 4 years old. We like to travel a lot and love to be part of the city in stead of staying in a commercial hotel. Especially with kids not ideal. There we would like to join Kid & Coe so we can offer our place and by renting travel at the same time with Kid & Coe.

This spacious villa is located in a wooded area. The villa has a cozy dining room with open kitchen, a sitting room with fireplace, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Around the house is a beautiful garden with a sunny terrace. There is also a nice play area for the children. Bentveld is very popular because of its proximity to the beach and the dunes. Other nice villages in the neighborhood are Haarlem and Bloemendaal. You can also easily reach Amsterdam, The Hague and Rotterdam.
