Luxury mountain chalet

Very warm mountain chalet in the heart of nature combining the luxury and contemporary. A huge terrace and a breathtaking view of the peaks of the French Alps.

The chalet has on the ground floor:
- an entrance hall,
- a bathroom with walk-in shower + basin and WC
- a lounge / dining room with wood stove 50m2 with access to terrace of 30 m2
- an open kitchen (oven, fridge US, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker) with access to the terrace
 
Upstairs:
- two chambers each comprising two single beds (90 * 190)
- a room with 1 double bed (140 * 190)
- a mezzanine with 1 sofa bed (140 * 190) with 10m2 access balcony
- WC and washbasin

In the basement :
- a room with 1 double bed (140 * 190),
- a bathroom with shower basin and toilet
- a 40m2 relaxation area with a spa Jacuzzi for 5 people, 2 relaxing armchairs, a sofa bed (140 * 190) and access to the 30m2 terrace with 2 sun.

Parking for 2-3 cars
Land around 3000 m2 cottage.

The chalet is equipped with a TV and a Blu-ray drive but watch no TV reception (the real vacation !!)
