It's just two blocks to all the Central Avenue Nightlife, Restaurants, Live Music, Craft Breweries, Shopping, Concerts, Museums, Grand Prix Race, Marina's and so much more!! Shops at Beach Avenue are about a ten minute walk. There are so many things we love about this city, including the friendly people, food, art, diverse music scene and walking to it all! You will have the entire condo to yourself. The unit has a separate bedroom and bathroom with a shower/tub combo, new queen-sized euro top mattress and bed, nice sized closet, dresser, new full sized sofa bed in the living room for additional sleeping, this is not a studio, includes WIFI and Cable TV, FREE Parking , Biker's Paradise. Come enjoy St. Petersburg!!
