Welcome to your cozy, upscale vacation retreat featuring numerous upgrades such as a fully stocked kitchen with granite counters as well as luxury bathrooms with travertine tile and oil rubbed bronze fixtures. Professionally decorated with designer furnishings and high end bedding (600 count sheets), this vacation retreat exudes top quality throughout.

Our unit offers an open floor plan with gourmet kitchen and dining area where guests can all hang out together for casual entertaining. With 2 story picture windows offering mountain & ski resort views, a lake next door and a HUGE stone wood burning fireplace to enjoy your evenings, you’ll be ready for your best vacation ever! There are 4 Queen size beds in our 3 bedroom/3 bath unit.

This location is the ideal ski getaway. We are located in the heart of the Vail Valley, at the base of Beaver Creek Resort known for world-class skiing, shopping, dining and other mountain activities. You'll have unlimited access to all the amenities of this beautiful area. We also have snowshoes and snow sleds, so no renting is necessary!. You will be all set to relax, revive or invigorate on your own breathtaking adventure. There is a shuttle bus stop at the end of our driveway which means you can leave your vehicle in your private attached garage. Vail Village is only 10 minutes down the valley.

• Main Floor Master: 1 Queen bed, armoire with TV and DVD and 6 drawer dresser
• Main Floor Bath with designer copper vessel sink and shower/tub combination
• Upstairs 2nd Bedroom: 1 Queen bed with attached bathroom with shower
• Upstairs 3rd Bedroom: 2 Queen beds with large attached bathroom with shower/tub combination

• All of the bathrooms have been upgraded with tumbled travertine tile, stone countertops and new oil rubbed bronze fixtures

• Close access (3 minute drive) to downtown Avon and Beaver Creek. Vail is less than a 10 minute drive

• Private, attached garage with storage for skis and other items

• Shuttle bus stop at end of driveway takes you to Beaver Creek and the Avon Station and Riverfront Gondola

• Close access to the Avon Recreation Facility (40,000 sq ft workout facility, a five lane, 25-yard lap pool, a leisure pool with fountains, sprays, bubblers, a 140 foot water slide, lazy river and co-ed Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Kids love it!

This property is also a great summer getaway as it is centrally located to the multitude of recreational activities including golfing (several gorgeous mountain courses), fly fishing, hiking and mountain biking, This area also features numerous walking trails, a lake in you are right next to, rivers, parks and public tennis courts within walking distance for your enjoyment.

We had an amazing stay. Everything by was thought of…it had coffee supplies so when you wake up on the first morning and haven’t yet gotten to the grocery store, you had all you needed for a great cup of coffee. The place was amazing comfortable…nothing like an early morning coffee, curled up on the couch with amazing views of the beautiful mountains and slopes. It was just what my family needed to relax and have a great time skiing.

What a great stay! Diane was so lovely. She called the first night to make sure we got in okay, and I don’t even know where to begin with the amenities! Plenty of towels and shampoo in the bathrooms, coffee/tea, pans and plates for cooking - it was seriously so amazing. Will definitely book their lovely home again!

The property and owner were fabulous! We have stayed in many properties in Avon over the years and this was our favorite. Well stocked, beautifully decorated and the perfect space for a family of 5. Super Bowl ski weekend

We had a great weekend at this awesome property. It’s impeccably clean and the kitchen is as well stocked as any rental property I’ve stayed in. The property is located near a lake with a nice walking path and there is a great walking trail along the Eagle River that is very close. It is close to a drop off for Beaver Creek skiing. It has ample parking.

Diane’s condo is located very close to Beaver Creek which is nice. It is well stocked with anything you need including a Sonos speaker! I can’t think of one thing to complain about. Just rent it.

Ideal spot for a getaway to the mountains

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect vacation rental. The condo was impeccably clean and we appreciated the upgraded interior and decorations. The home is stocked with anything you might need during your stay. The kids loved the board games and hot tub. Diane was responsive and gave detailed instructions for check-in/check-out. On top of all that, the location is ideal. We skied at Vail and Beaver Creek and both were extremely easy to get to. There is a nearby lake and walking trails that would make this a great place to stay during the summer as well. Highly recommend!

Amazing Property

Have stayed in many VRBO units. This one surpassed all others. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Diane was amazing with communication from the get-go and the property had every accommodation available, things we didn’t even know we needed/wanted! All rules clearly explained and entire process went smoothly. 3 beds with 3 baths was perfect. Location is great. Would definitely book again! And property was extremely clean.

Great Place, Loved Our Stay!

We had a wonderful time at Diane's property. The place is comfortable, it's great to have a bathroom with a shower attached to each room (especially for a large group) and the kitchen is fully stocked and easy to cook meals in. The location is absolutely prime for skiing and it was convenient to be so close to the slopes in the morning. Parking for two vehicles was a great bonus, given how tricky parking can be in resort towns. It was also great to have a big table for everyone to gather around. Diane is easy to work with and very responsive. The only small drawbacks were a few snags--the parking pass wasn't in place when we arrived, and one of the amenities for kids (booster seat) wasn't there. However, Diane was really kind about everything and actually went out and bought a booster seat and brought it by for us, which was really above and beyond!

Best VRBO we have ever stayed at, it feels like a home and not a short term rental. The hosts have thought of everything and their attention to detail comes through everywhere. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable the bathrooms are beautiful. Everything was clean and it didn’t have that short term rental feel where the ghosts of guests past can still be felt in the shadows. The shuttle stop is right at the end of the driveway so getting to Beaver Creek is easy and free. The hot tub was tricky to find, it’s through unit 108, and was nice after a ski day. I didn’t plan on making any meals while we’re were staying but the kitchen was so well appointed that I ended up cooking because it was so easy. I have never stayed at a short term rental twice but this one we would go back to again.

Beyond expectations

Beautiful home with amazing views. Beautifully decorated with high end finishes and spotlessly clean. A great space for family gathering and I have never seen such a well stocked kitchen. So many thoughtful touches throughout the unit. The owner was really great to work with. We will definitely be back.
