Luxurious 2nd floor (no elevator), 3-bedroom / 3-bath condo with fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace, washer/dryer, and balcony with gas BBQ grill.

There is a maximum of 8 guests allowed in and 3 parking spaces available for this condo. Additionally, no smoking of any kind is permitted and pets are not allowed in this property. Guests will be subject to eviction and/or fines if evidence of non-compliance with these management rules is found.

Beaver Creek West provides a FREE, private skier shuttle to Beaver Creek's Riverfront Gondola continuously throughout the day and to Vail's Lionshead Gondola three times each morning & afternoon, five days a week (not Tuesday & Wednesday). Our private skier shuttles are complimented by the Beaver Creek Resort, Town of Avon, and Eagle County transit systems.

At Beaver Creek West Condominiums you will enjoy the year-round outdoor swimming pool, three hot tubs, sauna, and tennis courts. This professionally cleaned condo will be supplied with linens, towels, and soaps (no shampoo & conditioner). Housekeeping service is included only after departure unless staying for seven or more nights which includes a mid-week towel refresh.

Beaver Creek West is a professionally managed condominium complex located in Avon, CO. Perfect for cool summer getaways or the perfect ski vacation. Perfect condo for skiing the Beaver!

Some friends needed a reasonable place to stay for Beaver Creek. Great location, comfortable beds and big gathering common space. Would 100% stay here again!

Perfect location!!

The place was close to everything including Beaver Creek and Vail. We loved the rooms, open dining and living room. We will definitely make this a staple in the future!!

The Beaver Creek skier shuttle runs seven days a week and no reservations are required. Both of these excellent amenities are complimentary for all guests. Great place to stay with plenty of room

We have stayed at several of Lorayne's properties at Beaver Creek West over the past years and have always found them to be as advertised on the VRBO website. Our group consists of 6 college buddies that get together for an annual ski strip. This condo that we rented had plenty of space for 6 adults, the kitchen and grill on the deck were all fully functioning and making meals was easy. Would highly recommend this property!

Clean condo, convenient location

Overall, would highly recommend this place if skiing Vail or Beaver Creek. Hot tubs were nice, shuttles convenient, staff helpful. Place was clean and nicer than pictures. Not giving 5 stars due to beds being very uncomfortable and needing replacement. Walls also thin, so recommend a sound machine if staying.

Convenient Location and Friendly People

The check-in process was smooth and fast. The on-site managing people were very friendly and helpful. Transportation to Ski Resorts are convenient. Shuttles to Beaver Creek is super convenient. The only problem during our stay was a leak in one of the bathrooms from the top. It dripped for a while then stopped.

Sorry to hear about the leak from above, we did get in touch with the owner of the unit above and they had their grandkids in the tub and as you can imagine it caused a bit of a water issue. The Best Condos to experience the Beaver Creek Area

My family was there in July. What an awesome family oriented set up. The kitchen and family room are layed out to enjoy the impeccable views. Decorated with a tasteful Colorado theme. The condo is situated in the complex so that it is conveniently located to the pool, tennis courts, and hot tub. It was a super way to experience the Vail/Beaver Creek area. We enjoy the summer experience but this condo would be ideal for the skiers also.! Can't go wrong!

Spacious and Great Location

The pictures don't make justice to the property. It's vary spacious and cozy. The location is convenient, close to bus stops, restaurants and a super market. The property also offers a shuttle that drives you to the base of Beaver Creek mountain, which was very convenient for skiing. The only not-so-great thing I can think of were the twin beds... Not comfortable and on one of them the mattress is at an incline since it doesn't fit on its base well. Other than that, all 7 of us truly enjoyed our stay.

Good experience overall

We arrived late (10pm) and realized the door lock is out of order after spending half an hour trying to figure out how to open the door with the provided combinations. (The door lock was old and wasn't straight forward to use) Overnight property manager came out later to let us in. Except the door lock, everything else was good. spacious, clean and nice outside hot tub. property staffs were extremely friendly.

Convenient, large condo

We love the convenience of the condo to skiing, restaurants, and other amenities. The actual condo was a little outdated and it was confusing that a lot of the closets were locked, which inhibited keeping ski clothes and items organized, especially with kids (note for owner- perhaps put the items in the top drawer of the desk in one of the bedrooms in one of the locked closets!). The outlets in any of the bathrooms did not function. The kitchen was well stocked and allowed for our two families with 4 kids to be well fed and relaxed for the ski days. Thank you!

The unit is large clean and nice with little wear amd tear better than most. There was no parking available, but in the rear there is. But no keyless or key to get in rear door...owner please put it on the door. NO AC AND NO ELEVATOR. No view.

Ski Trip

The condo was great for 6 adults on a ski trip. Check in and out was easy. Location was super convenient to walk to Avon restaurants and for skiing with the shuttle that takes you to and from the Riverfront Gondola. The place is a little dated, but it was clean and spacious. The king bed was very comfortable, however the beds in the other 2 rooms could use replacing, especially one of the twin beds.

Very spacious, clean & comfortable place

I was a bit tentative after I booked because I read some of the negative reviews and there was some consistency regarding what people experienced. So I contacted the property owner and asked some questions and hoped the problems would be fixed before our stay. And just like that, AMAZING, all small problems were fixed. The careering was brand new, soft, and throughout the condo. The shades on the front room were brand new and have perfect privacy. Some rooms were still a little warm, but a cracked window fixed that. I can not say how impressed we were with the unit and how attentive the property manager (front desk) was for our every need. We LOVED having a family fire each night and when we needed more wood, the front desk had it delivered. I had a light bulb go out, the front desk delivered. We thought the hot water heater was ambit working.....it turned out doing laundry, dishes and multiple showers was not a great idea, but the front desk sent someone out to look and make sure everything was ok and safe. We loved it and LOVED the free shuttle to beaver creek gondola and to Vail every morning and afternoon. We believe this property was an outstanding value and will treat your family as warmly as it treated ours. We would rent again with zero reservations

The owner needs to spend some money on this place, it's beat

It's a decent condominium complex, convenient, nice hot tubs, close to bus lines, and we had a nice time. Bu the condo needs a lot of work. The shades in the living room can't be closed as they are completely shot, and have been for a long time. There isn't enough light in the living room, or bedrooms to see. All the light bulbs in the hallway were burned out. The light bulbs in 2 of the bathrooms had burned out bulbs. Most of the beds need to be replaced. The carpet is shot. The Master bedroom had a lot of heat. The bedroom next to the master had no heat at all. The kitchen was fine. And, we did enjoy our stay. But the owner needs to put some $$ back not this unit. Sorry.

Spring Break 2019!

Very nice accomodations in a quiet, centrally located condominium complex. The kitchen was pretty well appointed and the property was very clean, It looks like they're in the midst of rennovating /repainting. Which is nice to see the owner takes care of their porperty. The furnishings were, over all, nice, however, the beds in the first bedroom were a bit unstable. We only had one child sleeping in there, our middle schooler. But, I can imagine, if small children were in that room and if they decided to use the beds like trampoulines, they would surely fall down! We would definitely stay in this complex again, but, maybe see what the other condos are like.

Sufficient and well located but not special 3.5 stars

So, for 6 ppl this place is sufficient for sure but definitely not special and needs a little work. The good- The apartment is close to everything like stores and shops. 15 minutes or less to Vail. We were able to get our ski rentals before heading to the crowded slope rentals. Venture sports is amazing btw (0.5 miles away). Amazing customer service! The shuttle for Beaver Creek picks up right outside our door, although we didn't use it. Plenty of space in living areas, bedrooms and bathrooms. Lots of blankets and towels. Kitchen well stocked with utensils and such, although some appliances might be as old as me and our neighbors said the can opener doesn't work. The grill was great and the big dining table was useful. The bad-We were not given, or couldn't find any information on how to use the radiators or what to do when we leave. Got as hot as a sauna in 1 room and no heat in the others. The "thermostat" in the living room only controls that area. It smells like a campfire in the living room/kitchen area. It's worse if you start a fire. No visible smoke in the room just the stink of it all over you and the room. The wifi sucks. Worked fine for a few of us sometimes and not at all for others. The water pressure in 2 of the 3 showers is practically a drizzle the 3rd shower may take off some skin. A broken hairdryer and alarm clock. There is NO noise insulation. Elephants upstairs and can hear side neighbors talking. Don't put the fridge over 7, everything will be frozen. It was on 7 but not cold when we got there so we turned it up. Don't do that, just give it time. 2 of the 4 burners on the stove won't fit in the grooves so they're very tilted and uneven making them basically useless. Really poor lighting in bedrooms, lamps help though. All the bathroom doors creak badly which sucks for whomever is sleeping in your room if there's middle of the night bathroom needs. Overall this apartment met our needs but we will not stay here again. I hate to be a Debbie Downer bc this rental has great potential. The location is great and easy to get in and out of. Check in was quick and easy, communication with the owner was great. There's been updates but it's a bit of a hodgepodge, however we don't need anything fancy as long as everything works and there's enough space and supplies. The smell, neighbor noise, showers, wifi and stove are deal breakers for us though.

Good place for families

Very good layout for two families. Place was clean and we had everything we needed. There is a real fireplace and it smells like burnt wood in the family room. We did enjoy a fire at night, so it was worth the smell it left. It would be nicer if the colors and bathrooms were modernized. However, everything is very well maintained I wouldn’t say that it hindered our enjoyment of our ski weekend.

Yes it is nice to have a wood burning fireplace and a bunch of firewood for the mountain feel and to relax with a glass of wine after a big day on the slopes. Also glad to hear that it worked for your family groups to come together and enjoy the space. For future reference there are deluxe and premium units available at BC West, but they do cost a bit more than this standard unit. We hope you can come and stay with us again sometime soon. Thanks!!

If known no air conditioning, and on second floor, probably wouldn’t have stayed there.

Was a screen door broken on balcony biut other than that rooms in good shape. Again got warm in rooms especially at night. Don’t like fans blowing on me during sleep. Just wish knew before staying.

Sorry this condo didn't work for you, but as you can tell from all of the other reviews people seem to like it and keep coming back. If you continue to use VRBO you may want to read the details of each condo thoroughly before booking anything. Our condos is listed as being on the second floor and under amenities AC is not listed. We live in the mountains and it usually is in the 40's or 50's at night in the summertime. Our past guests were ok with opening the window, when it occasionally got warm in the evening and enjoyed the fresh air. Most homes, condos and hotels in the Avon area don't have AC due to the very cool nights. Our on-site maintenance guy checked out the screen door and it seem to be functioning properly, but they did add a little lube on the track for a smooth close. Please come back in a cooler time of year and check out what everyone likes!! Safe travels!!
