Enjoy the sunny views of the beautiful lake, its fountains and palm trees from your condo balcony. This 2nd floor, corner unit, one bedroom, one bath condo is a clean, well decorated, quiet getaway for you to enjoy a great vacation with all that Southern Florida has to offer from the sandy and shelly beaches of Fort Myers and Sanibel Island that are 10 minutes away to the over 20 local golf courses as well as Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins baseball spring training .

The living room includes a sleeper sofa for any additional quests joining you as well as large LED TV with cable for your entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with all brand new stainless appliances and two barstools to start with cocktails before dinner. Enjoy eating at your dining room table overlooking the lake, fountains and palm trees with warm breezes. The bedroom has a new extremely comfortable queen size bed and large walk-in closet. The recently updated full bathroom is right off the bedroom with provided linens and towels. For your convenience, the condo includes a washer/dryer in a utility room off the kitchen.

The Gardens at Beachwalk complex is a beautiful Mediterranean style resort with tropical gardens and beautiful lakes surrounding superb clubhouse with heated swimming pool. The tropical resort grounds are maintained exceptionally for nice morning or afternoon walks within the property. The resort clubhouse features a heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi, beach chairs, seating area with real fireplace, pool and air hockey table, kitchen/bar area, and a fully-equipped state of the art gym.

Restaurants and shopping are within short walking distance that include a Publix Supermarket, Target and Walgreens. In addition, the Sanibel Outlet stores are just a short 10 minute drive away. You can also enjoy the vibrant life, food and music of Fort Myers downtown historic district. Or you could ride bikes 4 miles away to the Bunchee Beach Preserve and kayak in the San Carlos Bay while enjoying a sunset on the Gulf waters.

Cozy and Comfortable

Very well maintained and clean property that had everything I needed. The kitchen was fully stocked for preparing and enjoying meals. Although the unit was not large, the owners provided many storage options throughout the home. The building is near the pool, too, which was convenient. Very lovely community.

Pleasant stay

Everything we needed was available to us. Perfect size for just two people. Especially enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pond watching the wildlife, including baby gator! Jane was always accessible if needed. Shopping was walking distance if you liked and actually had my hair and nails done within walking distance as well. The only two issue were the availability of pool chairs depending on the time and really not much else in activities. If your looking for low key and quiet this is the place!

Nice Vacation Location

We really enjoyed our stay. My wife and I usually rented 2br units in case we had guests come to visit. We chose a 1br unit this year because we weren’t planning to have anyone join us. This unit was perfectly furnished. We used the beach chairs and umbrella once when we went the beach. Peter and Jane have a 3 ring binder in the unit that provided all the info on the unit as well as info about restaurants, things to do, etc. We would highly recommend this rental. Thank you Peter and Jane.

Beachwalk

My husband and I spent the month of January at The Gardens at Beachwalk in this lovely condo. We arrived to a clean and well equipped condo ready for us to enjoy. The location is perfect with all amenities within walking distance. The pool area was clean with lounge chairs, a lovely pool and hot tub. The community is gated and very quiet and private. My husband and I would not hesitate to recommend a stay in this lovely condo it was truly a home away from home. The owners are terrific and only a phone call away if needed.

Dream Job for Dream Team

Great (1) bedroom condo to live at while working for the Boston Red Sox during Spring Training. The Gardens at Beachwalk was clean and nicely landscaped. The pool area was clean and nicely welcoming. Easy to walk around along with easy walking access to local area for shopping. Close to beaches. . Visitors/residents were friendly. Owners Peter and Jane were very accommodating along with providing any amenities required in the condo. An issue with the air conditioning was resolved within (24) hrs. Overall, perfect accomodations for 1 person or a couple!
