This total renovated 2BR 2B condo is 1.5 miles from downtown Ft Myers. The condo faces the river so you have AMAZING views! New appliances with full size W/D in the unit. There is a free trolley pick up to downtown about 1/4 mile down the road. November through April.

You will need to complete an application and background check per the HOA.

Locate in downtown Fort Myers just 80 steps from waters edge. This quiet unit has been fully renovated and is stunning. Master bedroom with king bed master bath w/ oversized walk in shower and dual heads. Guest bedroom with Queen size bed. Full sized front load laundry and dryer. Kitchen has all stainless appliance , fridge, wine fridge, range, microwave, large single sink. Sectional sofa with 3 power recliners and one manual. 75" LED Smart TV's. Keyless entry, local CCTV, Security system, Hurricane windows, Lots of storage. Great for relaxing or go visit the ballpark and follow your team, Boston Red Sox or the Minnesota Twins.
PLEASE NOTE:
1. This complex was affected by hurricane Ian September 2022. Our unit was completely built back with a contractor and permits. Most of the other 1st floor units are still being repaired. There is going to be some construction going on during the daytime hours so you are going to hear noise.
2. There is a dock that cannot be used, it is still damaged.
3. Our lanai is due to be completely redone so we have made repairs for it to be usable. Screens are missing. A few windows were replaced with Plexiglas but it looks good and you can see out to the river, no obstruction.
