Master Bedroom with King Bed + Master Bath, large walk-in shower, free standing Jacuzzi, jetted Tub, Bedroom with King & 3rd Bedroom with 2 twin +Hall Bath with Lg shower.

This 3 bedroom Cape Coral heated Pool home located in the South West Cape has intersecting canal views with lake access at the end of a cull-d-sack in a quiet neighborhood. This home is quite stylish with a casual and comfortable feel. The Lanai and heated pool face westerly with sunset opportunities and the front of the house offers lake views. The covered lanai, pool and dock offer all day entertainment possibilities. Fish from your dock or feed the turtles, swim in the pool, heated with Solar and/or Electric Heat Pump, bar-b-cue, or sun your self. All this without leaving the house. There are many golf courses near by. Sun Splash Water Park is a short ride away. Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Pine Island and Cape Coral beaches offer hours in the sun.
The high vaulted ceilings and open floor plan create a sunny, light, bright atmosphere. A full kitchen is provided with everything needed to cook a meal, as well as flatware, napkins, place mats, wine glasses, crab pot and eating utensils. The large Kitchen has a counter top bar with 4 stools in the Great Room so the cook is never left out of the party.
There are options for dining to suit your mood or style. The formal dining room seats 6. The Great Room has an informal dining area with a table seating 4 plus a large bar with 4 bar stools. The Lanai has a table seating 6 plus a smaller more casual table seating 4 both for dining alfresco.
Sliding glass doors connect the Lanai to the Master Bedroom, Guest Bedroom, Living Room and Great Room. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, an HDTV, and two spacious walk-in closets. Within the Master bath you will find a Jacuzzi jetted tub, a huge glass block shower, a private commode room, a double sink vanity, a ceiling fan and linen closet. A Pool bath, leads from the Lanai, where you will find a large block shower and a vanity sink. This bath services the King Guest Bedroom and the Twin Bedroom. Guest Bedrooms have walk in closets with linens and towels included.
Laundry with washer and dryer are just off the Kitchen in comfortable Air Conditioning. Direct TV and Wireless Internet are included. HDTVs on Direct TV chanels are in the Great Room, Living Room and Master Bedroom, also a smaller TV with local channels in the King Guest Bedroom and Twin bedroom. Check in was super easy! Clean and well equipped house with great land and pool area! Mom was in Fort Myers for eye surgery and the property was so relaxing for her and I. Love this house! Property management and maintenance were top notch!

Great house in a nice location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Cape Coral, and at Cindy's house. Cindy (the owner) and Paul (the property manager) ensured our stay was enjoyable and anything that needed tending was done promptly. House is clean and fully furnished.

Relax and enjoy...

This is a great place to stay. The house is on a quiet dead end street, and the neighbors were all very polite and quiet. The house was clean and comfortable, and everything that we needed was there. We just stopped and bought food on our way, and then spent most of our time just relaxing! The pool was nice and warm. The house has lots of space, and all of the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay! JOE

Beautiful home and very comfortable!

This was our second time staying here. The 1st time was in 2015. There has been some nice upgrades with new furniture from the last stay which is a nice improvement. The owner Carol, is very kind and wants to be sure everything is as expected and touched base with us after we arrived. We will definitely return here as we love what this home has to offer. Love this Home!!

This is a beautiful home. You won't be disappointed. It is roomy. The rooms are decorated with detail. The lighting is incredible. Master bath is huge. Pretty pool and lanai, dock and canal. I fed ducks , and turtles. The kitchen has a nice island. Quiet neighborhood. A mockingbird sang to me each morning.. !!You will feel like a queen! I didn't want to leave.

Dear Roger and Cindy, Thank you so much for letting us stay at your home in beautiful cape coral. Your home was spotless and beautiful and the neiborhood was quiet and alot of friendly people waving at you as you drove by them. The pool and the canal was alot of fun also as we fed the turtles stuck there heads of the water begging for food. The only thing i noticed is the slidding glass door off the dining room going to the pool is a little hard to lock. Hope we can rent from you again. Best regards, Rich and Donna

My husband and I totally enjoyed Sunny Breeze

We found the location very relaxing, on the cul-de-sac, yet close to the canal, turtles, stores close-by yet no noise from traffic. The house is kept in great shape. My husband spent a lot of time in the heated pool and did not mind at all paying a bit extra to keep it warm. I spent time more time in the large jetted tub. I cooked all but one day in the kitchen easily. This was a retreat for us prior to Thanksgiving. While we enjoyed a few other things on this trip ( a dolphin cruise and the Edison/Ford homes), we appreciated coming back to the home each time. Why go to a hotel, when a great house like this was available?

WOW!!

I can't say enough about this big, beautiful home. We were speechless when we walked into this gorgeous house. The lanai and pool area was fantastic. The home is well taken care of, with a lot of amenities. You wouldn't know it was visited by different families. You will not be disappointed. We loved the turtles who come up to the dock whenever you're out there. We fed them dog food that was out for them. The house is centrally located to everything, and only about 45 mins from the gulf coast beaches. One of our favorite places to go was Matlacha. It's a cute/quirky little town with shops, restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend this home as your next vacation spot. Thank you Cindy and Rodger for allowing us to stay at your place. We'll definitely be back!!

This is a lovely home, and we enjoyed our stay. Paul was very helpful, accessible, and answered our questions. Although the pool is cleaned/ serviced weekly, within a couple days (especially if windy) there was debris in the pool from 6 patio plants positioned at one edge of the pool. I was also concerned about additional costs that might be incurred from heating the pool since we were advised to turn on the heater about 24 hrs before we planned to use it. My past experiences with pools that had no solar heat as this one does, only required a couple of hrs to heat them. So, as a guide for others who plan to heat the pool, figure having about $10/day (per 24 hrs), added to what you have ready paid. The neighborhood is quiet and seemed to be very safe. Especially enjoyed watching the wild life and feeding turtles in the canal.

beautiful and clean, but a safety hazard

While the home was spotless and well appointed, we felt like the state of the home post Hurricane Ian was downplayed. The entire home was covered in blue tarp but we had no issues with water in the home. The main concern is that the pool cage is damaged and a metal pole was hanging down right in the pathway of the pool area. This is completly dangerous and a true safety hazard. Also, the person we were supposed to call, Paul, for ANYTHING that went wrong was not accurate. I called Paul. He told me that he would have nothing to do with the listing due to Hurricane Ian and that the homeowners were aware. There was no tv working in the home. I am not sure if the cable was out or not. I called Paul, he could not help. The last day, we could not get into the house because the battery lock on the front door went dead. There was glass all over the front porch from an overhead light that had fallen. Again, I can see that it is a beautiful property but the pool was dirty and not cleaned at all. Some repairs need to be made before renting it out.

Good Rental

We found this rental home to be a very well laid out home. It had all the amenities needed for a great vacation and check in and out was very easy. The only thing keeping us from rating it a 5 is some updating is in order Some of the furniture is getting a bit worn (recliner sticks when trying to use), patio chairs have been repainted and strips of dried paint sticks to your arms, the pool has crumbling tiles around the steps and lanai floor around rail getting in/out of pool is busted up. Also be sure to do laundry only when you are outside since washer sounds like a plane taking off. Don't know if bearings are going out or what the problem is causing extreme noise. The pool has both solar heat and electric but both were broke when we got there. The solar was fixed as soon as possible when we notified the property manager, who was very helpful. But the electric still doesn't work. Lucky we were there in summer so this wasn't a big deal for us. Also, be sure to understand the $5 a day electric allowance. I thought that had to do with the pool heater but it is actually the allowance for ALL electricity in this total electric home. We went over by $100 being there in summer with 95 degree temps. Not a large amount but just be aware so you don't get surprised. We were thankful that the home is located on a fresh water canal as the RedTide had shut down all the beaches and also left strong odors from green algae in canals that were not fresh water. It was nice to be able to use the dock area to feed the turtles in the canal and enjoy evenings out there. Overall we found it to be a very nice home and the only reason we scored it a 4 instead of a 5 was based on the items above. A few updates and this home would be excellent.

Beautiful house on the canal!

This house looked like a model home the way it was furnished and decorated. It was very beautiful and the boys enjoyed swimming in the pool and fishing in the canal. I would definitely stay here again if I visit this area again!!

Das Haus bietet eine tolle Unterkunft in Cape Coral. Mit drei Schlafzimmern bietet es 4 bis 6 Gästen ausreichend Platz. Zwei Badezimmer sorgen für Privatsphäre. Gerade das Elternbad und das Elternschlafzimmer sind riesig. Es gibt eigentlich 4 Bereiche, in denen man Essen kann. Die Küche ist gut mit allen ausgestattet, was man braucht.Die Klimaanlage ist leise und gut einstellbar.Der Pool ist schön und bietet mit dem Wasserfall auch mehr, als viele andere ähnliche Villen. Es gibt am Pool viele Sitzmöbel, aber nur zwei Liegen. Die Villa liegt in der Nähe des SunSplash-Waterparks und damit etwas im Nordosten von Cape Coral. Die Wege zum Fort Mayers Beach oder nach Sanibel Island sind damit etwa weiter, das sollte man wissen (ca 45 Minuten). Wer ein Boot mieten will, benötigt entsprechend einige Zeit, bis er über die vielen Kanäle das offene Meer erreicht.Läden wie Publix oder Target sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.Das Haus war bei der Übernahme in tadellosem Zustand und alles sehr sauber. Paul, der Verwalter, war immer erreichbar.Wir haben uns während unseren Aufenthalts sehr wohl gefühlt.

Perfect location to my family

We had a great time in this home. It was plenty of room for everybody including two living room spaces. One for the teenagers one for the rest of the family. The pool was a lifesaver. We will definitely come back again in the future. The turtles were a plus, that was my granddaughters favorite part

Ok property needs work

1st off they are not very quick on answering your message or getting back to you. we didn’t get the code to get in until we landed after multiple messages being sent to get it. Arrived at night so next day got to check the place out more. Place needs a lot of updating, and ceiling is still water stained from hurricane. There were dead bugs in the master bathroom Shower, and also some kind of live ant with wings looking bugs in the bathroom. The pool was heated which was nice but not very clean, the bottom is dirty looking and I think needs a good scrubbing. I was excited to sit out by the canal on the patio furniture that was pictured in the ad but when I went to check that out the furniture was completely full of black mold! Another thing I was looking forward to was waking up in the morning and sitting in the lanai in the quiet but that didn’t t happen either as the guy who cleans the pool was there so I tried the next morning well then he was there mowing the lawn! Which didnt need to be done it was not long at all, I think he was just being nosey tbh. These things should have been done before we got there. Also beds are old and not very comfy. I hate to leave a bad review but feel others should know before they book. And too boot was charged $208 for electricity for 4 days! Ridiculous Would not recommend.

We fell in love with Cape Coral years ago when we started our winter getaways to escape the cold North East. The warm weather coupled with the breeze makes it always perfect. We use the house ourselves when Rodger takes winter quarter off from his academic life to enjoy fishing in the lakes and canals and playing golf. The house has many items that we leave for you to enjoy as we do. But we completely move out all closet and personal items for Vacation renters to be able to live in the house comfortably. We hope you enjoy this light bright home with its high vaulted ceilings and open floor plan and that you will return soon.

Why they chose this property

We bought this house the summer of 2014 because we wanted a larger home than where we were, which was only 3 blocks away. We were also on the same canal just on the other side of the lake and found this water way to be the best of the fresh water ways.
