This location is prime territory~ 9 mins from the airport and 10 miles to the beautiful beaches of Ft. Myers, with great bars and restaurants nearby you cannot go wrong in this pleasant and picturesque golf community. Newly updated 2br (1 king and 1 Queen) 2br +den and large screened in lanai gives you exactly what you're looking for in your vacation home away from home. There is a covered carport and Elevator. There is a 90-day minimum stay per the HOA and requires an application for background check. Cross Creek Golf and Country Club requires a transfer fee application of $100 for use of pool, golf and amenities.

Why they chose this property
This 2nd floor unit with Elevator is nestled in the quiet Cross Creek neighborhood. Such a great location with all the stores within minutes. If you like to play golf regularly this property has a small green fee for access to golfing. The ease of access and proximity to the airport give this property an edge of the rest.
What makes this property unique
Newly updated furnishings, Den with office, a beautiful lanai, on property golf course and the proximity to all things Southwest Florida are some of the great benefits of this property.
