A first-floor condo with two full bath & two bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed. There is also a den with a trundle bed and desk.
Full kitchen, living & dining rooms, and 2 patios.
The condo also has a designated garage for parking and/or storing your golf clubs. (golf transfer fee is additional)
The location is perfect for walking to the clubhouse for lunch & dinner and the starting holes for both 18-hole golf courses, as well as the community pool.
Putting green and tennis courts are also walking distance away.
Heritage Palms is located approximately 30 minutes away from the Sanibel Causeway , and a 10 minute drive from the training camps for the Minnesota Twins and the Boston Red Sox. There is an on site fitness facility and a Tiki Bar for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Beach chairs, bikes and wi-fi included.
