The first vacation home in many years that fulfilled it’s promises

The host was very friendly, always available and helpful with any questions. The house was very clean and well equipped. This is especially true for the kitchen, which is very important to us, as we don't eat out but always cook ourselves. Finally, no pans with scratched and therefore notoriously unhealthy coatings, tidy pots and pans, versatile kitchen utensils. The only recommendation for guests who also cook for themselves: bring a sharp knife. The house has a large terrace with a beautiful view and a small adjoining house with 2 apartments with their own bathroom. Good idea! The location is really very quiet, the neighborhood a mix of vacation homes and locals. We can highly recommend it.

Pleine satisfaction . Location agréable très bien située , quartier super calme, proche des belles plages de Santa Guilia ou de Rondinara ou St cyprien . Porto vecchio est à 10mn , bonifacio à 40 mn Fatna est réactive et bien sympatique.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser schönen Villa mit der tollen Terrasse und dem schönen Pool. Ruhig und dennoch sehr gut gelegen. Mit dem Gästehaus passte es perfekt für uns zwei Familien. Die Vermieterin hat sich immer unmittelbar bei Fragen gemeldet.

Mon avis est assez partagé concernant ce séjour, et je souhaite surtout être très claire sur un point : Ulrick et sa famille, personnellement, sont des personnes formidables que je recommande sans hésitation aux propriétaires, s’ils voyagent seuls, sans la seconde famille qui les accompagnait. Depuis le début, j’ai principalement communiqué avec Ulrick et sa famille. Les échanges ont toujours été corrects, agréables et respectueux. J’avais également mis gracieusement à leur disposition les draps et les serviettes. Pour Ulrick et sa famille, ce serait réellement un 10/10 et je serais tout à fait disposée à les accueillir de nouveau chez moi. En revanche, mon témoignage négatif concerne uniquement la seconde famille qui les accompagnait. À leur départ, j’ai retrouvé ma maison dans un état que je n’aurais jamais imaginé : serviettes très fortement souillées, certaines avec du vomi ou des excréments et devenues irrécupérables, couvertures et couchages souillés par de l’urine sans avoir été protégés, ainsi que différents éléments de la maison et du mobilier abîmés. J’avais accepté un départ à 10h, mais j’ai également eu énormément de difficultés à faire quitter les lieux à cette seconde famille. Ils étaient encore dans la piscine et ne semblaient pas vouloir partir alors que je devais impérativement préparer la maison pour les locataires suivants. Il m’a fallu plus de 30 minutes pour obtenir leur départ. Je tiens donc vraiment à ne pas pénaliser Ulrich et sa famille pour le comportement des personnes qui les accompagnaient. Ulrick et sa famille restent, à mes yeux, des locataires que je recommande à 100 %. En revanche, je ne recommande absolument pas la seconde famille. À ce jour, j’ai encore beaucoup de mal à digérer ce que j’ai découvert après leur départ, tant par l’état dans lequel ma maison a été laissée que par certains dégâts malheureusement irréparables.

Très bon séjour en famille. L’appartement était confortable et bien situé. Très bonne communication avec Fatna, qui a été réactive et accueillante tout au long de notre réservation. Nous recommandons ce logement et serions ravis de revenir.

L'emplacement est idéal, proche de toutes les plages, mais totalement isolé de tout bruit.Le soir, la journée, c'est tellement silencieux que l'on se demande si l'on a pas un probleme auditif.La maison est grande et bien équipée.Il y a une superbe vue de la terrasse sans vis a vis.A noter, une tv dans chaque chambre.

C'est une très belle maison, idéale pour une grande famille. Les "plus": piscine sécurisée, une belle terrasse pour apéro et repas, un système de climatisation efficace dans chaque chambre sauf une (que nous n'avons pas utilisé de toute façon)

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in einem schönen Bungalow mit Privatpool sehr genossen. Gut gefallen hat uns der Garten mit mediterranen Pflanzen, Eidechsen und Geckos. In der Umgebung gibt es viel Schönes zu entdecken (Strände, Flüsse, Städte. Gerne wieder!

Superbe maison

Excellent séjour dans cette très jolie maison ! Très bien équipée , propre et fonctionnelle, très bien située dans un quartier calme et à 5min de porto vecchio ! La piscine est très agréable , tout est bien pensé.

non manca niente

eravamo 2 famiglie di amici, con figli sotto i 6 anni. ci siamo trovati benissimo. ambienti grandi, spazi sfruttati al meglio (anche esterni), da segnalare la dependance con 2 camere matrimoniali (oltre alle camere nell'abitazione principale) ognuna con bagno e doccia, comodissime al ritorno dalle spiagge... dotazione di tutto il necessario, abbiamo pagato a parte solo asciugami e lenzuola (comunque una cifra ragionevole). la casa è in un piccolo paese, divenuto una zona residenziale in collina nella periferia sud di Porto Vecchio, lontano quanto basta dalla T10, e in posizione strategica. In pochi minuti si arriva alla spiaggia di Santa Giulia, in mezz'ora alla foresta dell'Ospedale, volendo cambiare costa in 40 minuti si arriva alle spiagge di Pianottoli. Comodo il supermercato, vicino e aperto tutti i giorni. Abbiamo fatto molti km, fra spiagge, montagna, Bonifacio... nella 3° settimana di agosto, con ancora tanta gente in giro, ci siamo sempre trovati nella direzione opposta al traffico... senza mai fare code. Alla nostra prima esperienza di affitto di una casa con piscina privata... ideale per far sfogare i bambini fino all'ora di cena! proprietari gentilissimi, disponibili, e puntualissimi sia all'arrivo che alla partenza. clima e TV in tutte le stanze, ma la casa rimane abbastanza fresca. soggiorno e cucina molto ampi e luminosi. un po' "spartani" gli armadi, ma ambienti puliti. unica nota: all'esterno, parcheggio e area piscina, una marea di formiche... ma sembra un problema molto diffuso in quella zona. dopo qualche giorno abbiamo imparato a conviverci.
