About this property

Hilltop Cottage with room to roam on 20 acres. NO CLEANING FEE

Plenty of private space.
Beautifully newly remodeled 1950 Farm House. This cottage is on 20 manicured acres with access to the properties fire pit and a private pit in the front yard. Plus, lots of walking areas on the property. There is a nice pond and woods view from the living area.
It is just a few minutes from downtown and bathhouse row, and 1 minute off of Central Avenue. And just 1 minute from groceries and a great liquor store. There are restaurants 2-4 minutes away. Lake Hamilton Marinas and boat rentals are 2-3 minutes away.
The cottage is 600 feet off of the road with paved driveway which gives a secluded private feeling. The home is about 500 feet from main house with privacy fencing between. For colder months there is a wood burning stove with firewood provided.
Just outside the front door there is a wood deck with rockers to enjoy the property from.
The home sleeps 4. The main bedroom is a new king size with new mattresses and bedding. The second bedroom is a queen size bed with new mattress.
The home is fully updated and renovated . All furnishings are also new.
Enhanced cleaning practices are being used due to Covid-19.
Guests need to be aware that for the protection of their vehicle to not park directly under the large trees that overhang parts of the driveway. *Please note. New photos are in the works to be posted soon due to furniture changes and updating as of Dec.2025

Wonderful accommodations!

Beautifully appointed cottage very close to town, yet far enough out to provide a peaceful country setting. Super clean, with everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay! Hosts are wonderful- we definitely want to stay here again!

This property is absolutely amazing. From the private drive, having all the space you need, you are welcome to roam the whole property, its so quiet also, to all little details in the house I'm just speechless. the house is fully stocked for a night or a week of staying. All the little details, washer pods, dryer sheets, coffee and tea, soap and shampoo. All you really need is snacks and drinks. The beds were amazing and the house is fully updated. You are minutes away from everything and less then 15 from downtown. We will definitely be back soon. You would be a fool not to rent here!

Best place in Hot Springs!

My girls and I have stayed here two times now and just love it! Clean, quaint & quiet yet not far from all the fun. The owners are very nice and cared about how we were doing throughout our stay. Highly recommended and we will be back!

Great place

I came to town for a fishing tournament and only stayed one night but the house was easy to find and easy parking. The host was very accommodating and the house was very clean. This is definitely a place to stay if you’re coming into the lake Hamilton area.

Sweet cottage

The cottage is clean amd nice. It's out of town a little bit but that's what we like about. Wild life all around amd a quiet neighborhood. This is our 3 year staying here and we will be back.

Beautiful Home

Wonderful place to stay and the location is so pretty. The entire house was beautifully decorated, very clean, comfortable beds and very nice furnishings. Lots of extra nice touches. It sits on top of a hill and the surroundings are gorgeous. Brad and Devon are lovely hosts and very helpful. The next time I am in Hots Springs I will definitely stay here again.

Great Mountain Getaway

We enjoyed the property! Very nice, lots of wildlife. The owners took great efforts to let us have our privacy. We saw them once, and it was just a friendly wave! We will be back.

Absolutely amazing!

The cottage and the property is amazing! The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were so soft! Loved all the decor! Brad and Devon are great to work with and have thought of everything! It is definitely a home away from home! It is a country setting that is very close to town. I recommend this property and will be staying here again!

Peaceful

Brad and Devon were great hosts, and the property was terrific. Drinking coffee while watching the deer graze and squirrels play was a wonderful way to start our 35th wedding anniversary. You are extremely close to all the major attractions in the area, yet far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. Thanks again for the great memories. Brandon and Veronica.

Great Weekend Getaway

This was such a lovely place! We visited Brad and Devon's cottage for a quiet long weekend with our kids, and it was wonderful. The cottage is gorgeous, and clearly very well cared for. We cooked all of our meals at the house, and the kitchen had all of the basics we needed. Our kids loved exploring the woods and playing soccer on the big front lawn. Brad and Devon were great, attentive hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Cottage and Property

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilltop Cottage. We have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this was the best yet. Owners thought of everything, The cottage is beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and had comfortable furniture including the queen bed. It did not seem like a vacation rental, it felt like home. Entire property including the cottage is very well maintained and taken care of. The cottage sits on a beautiful wooded property filled with wildlife. We will definitely stay again if in the Hot Springs area.

Lovely cottage!

This cottage is absolutely stunning! Attention to every detail. Our grandchildren loved the front deck and the grounds. The 'treehouse' was the bomb!! We watched the frogs jump at the pond and caught butterflies. We were close enough to state parks and the alligator farm and far enough away to have s'mores at night. A wonderful trip!! Thank you so much to our hosts.
