GROUND LEVEL: Starting on the ground level, the home features a large garage under the house with a beach cart, beach chairs, and kids beach and pool toys. A large patio surrounds the pool with lounge furniture and sun loungers.

Take the ELEVATOR from the ground floor up to any floor of the home!

Second Floor: The gourmet kitchen features a large sink, oven, granite counter-tops, tile backsplash and a large center island with counter stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you need for the week and a starter set of trash bags, detergent and paper towels.
The living room and dining room are an open floor plan. The dining area, which seats 8, is defined by its unique coffered ceilings. The great room is home to a large sectional and 2 chairs, a 55 " tv, and features a 12 foot wide sliding glass door that open up the first floor to a large porch. You will find a swing bed perfect for an afternoon nap or chairs to relax and enjoy the breeze.

The 3rd floor features a master bedroom with a luxurious king bed featuring a high end pillowtop mattress that you will melt in while watching TV on your large flat screen tv. There is also a portable crib/playpen with a 3" mattress in this rooms closet. The luxurious master bath is spa like with a large frameless glass shower, dual vanities, your own Keurig Coffeemaker with coffee service and cozy bathrobes.
Also, on the 3rd floor are two additional bedrooms. One is a QUEEN and one is a KING, both with flat screen TVs. This porch features 2 rocking hammock chairs and a lounge area for morning coffee. Those two rooms share a full bathroom with a double vanity and a tiled tub/shower combo. This floor also has a full size laundry room.

The 4th level features a bedroom with a queen bed and flat screen TV.
And finally, a place the kids and teens will never forget. Our Minecraft themed kids bedroom/playroom featuring 2 sets of full over full bunk beds with 2 trundle beds, games and toys, a large flat screen and many other unique surprises in this fun and festively decorated retreat.
There is a full bathroom on this level as well.

Golf Cart offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo.
Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.
Availability is limited in the summer. Please request at the time of booking for best availability.

Beach Access: The property is located in the Folly Field area. The closest beach is Folly Field Beach. There is a dedicated paved path from the house all the way to the beach and it is less than a 10min walk. There is beach parking for golf carts and vehicles with 51 metered parking spaces and 3 ADA-accessible spaces available on a first come first served basis.

Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags.

Cancellation Policy: You must cancel 60 days prior to check in for a full refund. We highly suggest you purchase our vacation rental insurance. You will receive an email with directions on how to do so after booking.
Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings, pandemics or political unrest.
Insurance options are available at booking and some plans remain available until 30-days (thirty) prior to Arrival.
