No need to bring chairs. They provide plenty of beach chairs, a cooler on wheels, and a pull cart to walk your stuff to the beach. It was a great house for a few families to share a beach trip together!

An immaculately maintained house

Our blended family of 13 enjoyed all the house and close proximity to the beach offered. The toddlers loved the pool and toys included. Everyone enjoyed the arcade of games and the 30 somethings got a โ€œmovieโ€ experience in the theater. The kitchen was well stocked. The house was immaculately clean. And the management company was flexible with us when we requested to make some timing changes.

Great stay in Hilton Head!

Beautiful home

Property had everything we needed to feel right at home. It is a beautiful neighborhood. We rented bikes and enjoyed biking on the nice flat bike paths.

Wonderful weekend away

Property was ideal for our needs. Good sized property, very clean, good sized rooms, plenty of crockery and cooking equipment. Close to beach (walking distance for us) and close enough to supermarket. I'd definitely use the property again.

Beautiful House, Less attractive View

We loved staying at this home. It had everything we needed for our stay. I would have liked to have had a better view off the deck. The property behind this house is less than desirable. Not sure what SeaTurtle Properties can do about it though. Overall it was a great location, close to the beach, shopping, miniature golf/arcade, and more!

Great Family Vacation Home Despite a Few Maintenance Issues

The home itself is very spacious and easily accommodates multiple families, which was perfect for our group. It was also incredibly well stocked and truly had just about everything you could need for a beach vacation. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach towels, two refrigerators, a pool, hot tub, gas grill, and a well-stocked kitchen. We really appreciated having all of those amenities available and not having to bring or purchase so many extras. Unfortunately, we did have some significant maintenance issues during our stay. The biggest issue was the air conditioning, which required multiple service calls because the home was not cooling properly. While we really appreciated how responsive the property management team was, having to deal with repeated AC problems while on vacation was frustrating and disruptive. The dryer was also an issue and did not dry clothes at all, which was especially inconvenient with multiple families staying in the home. I do want to specifically recognize the property service/maintenance person who came to the house. He was extremely nice, helpful, and worked hard to address the problems. Whenever service was needed, someone was always there to help, even working until late hours of the night trying to get the AC functioning properly. We genuinely appreciated their responsiveness and effort. Overall, this is a large, well-equipped vacation home with so much to offer families and groups. We really enjoyed the space, pool, hot tub, and all of the beach amenities provided. If the AC and dryer issues are properly addressed, this would be a great home for a multi-family Hilton Head vacation.

Great house with all the amenities

This house was better than the pictures online. Tucked away in a new home build community, this house had everything to offer. The house was spacious for our group of 10. We also took advantage of the heated pool and beach gear. Definitely would recommend to a friend!

Enjoyable vacation location

Nice stay! Spacious for our large family of 19. Clean inside and beautifully decorated everywhere. Plenty of towels, and nice touch with water bottles included in each room. Wish there was more silverware and larger sautรฉ/fry pan in kitchen. Hot tub cover styrofoam broken and extremely difficultโ€ฆ almost unable to fold back. Especially when it's wet from moisture and rain. Would definitely stay again if these details were repaired and tended to.

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed as if we were at home. The elevator did not work properly though so we couldnโ€™t even use it. The tv in the pool area stopped working on day 3. The view off the back deck was not at all what I expected. I felt like I was staring into a junk yard.

Graduation Celebration

There were 11 of us from age 5 to 83 and our Mother has limited mobility. The elevator was a life saver and made her stay much easier. We all enjoyed the house and pool. We did have an issue with the dishwasher not working properly but otherwise everything was great. We also got great response when we needed any help.

Huge house!

The house is very spacious. Most of the trip we had 9 adults and 3 children but for one night that increased to 6 children and 14 adults and there was plenty of space. The pool area was great but the hot tub did not work correctly. It is very convenient to the beach and there are plenty of beach chairs, towels and toys. We cooked most dinners and had space at the table and bar for all. Unfortunately the elevator did not work for half of our stay but was repaired. We really only used it to carry our luggage and stuff. Overall everyone had a wonderful time!

Group Golf Trip

This is a lovely property with close proximity to courses, restaurants and shopping.House was Immaculate. Clean, everythjng in working order. Pool and hot tub were a great perk - both provided some relaxation after golf.Other than the house having all the necessary things you'd expect - multiple towels in each room, soap/shampoo/conditioner in each bathroom, TVS in every bedroom and all the main dwelling spaces. It really checked all the boxes.Also, the communication with Lori and the property mgmt team was exceptional..Thought we mgiht need an early check in and she was able to facilitate. Turned out we didn't need, but she was able to accommodate a delayed check out for a guest that had a meeting and needed a quiet space. A couple other questions during our stay were greeted immeadiately with answers. A Would definitely book again!
