Our children and grandchildren loved staying here! It was perfect for our large family. It was spacious and very well stocked. We definitely would love to stay here again. The management company was terrific!

Wonderful Home!

We had a group of 10 stay at this home and our stay was simply fantastic. From the pool to the area to the house itself, we really enjoyed our stay and will be back. Mark and Susan were wonderful to work with, and made sure our stay was enjoyable - thank you Mark and Susan!

Spacious and comfortable

The house was just as the pictures suggested. Management company was very responsive and easy to work with. House was spacious, comfy beds, and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful home!

The home was just as described, the pool and hot tub were very nice after beach days as well! There is a gorgeous kitchen which is well stocked. Would absolutely recommend and would return without hesitation!

18 Turnberry Lane

Our whole family enjoyed the stay! It is a beautiful house and location! The hot tub issue should have been caught prior to our arrival but was resolved quickly.

This was a perfect home and floor plan for an annual summer beach week with our large family. The online photos represent the house accurately and the pool is awesome. The management company was easy and pleasant to deal with and also very responsive and proactive regarding a couple of issues that came up during our visit. Our kids and grandkids had a great week.

Family wedding and family holiday vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It is everything and more as described. Our family enjoyed playing pool and eating dinners together we all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We would highly recommend this property and would return for future vacations.

Another Fun Week at Baynard Oaks

We had another great week at Baynard Oaks for Fall Break! Hilton Head is a great family spot to vacation and the location, size and cleanliness of Baynard Oaks makes it even more enjoyable. As a family that loves golf as well, we enjoy being able to watch golfers on the 14th at Harbourtown during the week.

Perfect home for large family

Our family of 13 loved this property! Home was well stocked; kids loved the pool and hot tub. Adults spent lots of time on the patio watching the golfers. Close to the beach and Harbor Town where we would all ride bikes. We would highly recommend this property.!

Great stay

This property was such a joy to stay at. The location, space layout, pool, amenities and provisions were all top notch and well thought out. In 20 years of vacationing in homes after Christmas, we have NEVER rebooked a home for the following year. We loved this home so much that we rebooked for next year. First time ever.

Hilton Head Spring 2023

The house and accommodations were great. Easy bike ride to the beach or Harbor Town. The only downside this year was an early setup to the Heritage Golf tourney that closed down the main access road to the house. This was the second time that we had rented this property.

Wonderful Large Family Vacation Home!

Our family of 10 had a wonderful stay at this property! Mark and Susan were very helpful and ready to assist whenever we needed it - even on Christmas Eve! The home was very spacious and perfect for our large group to enjoy the Holiday week. The kitchen is well equipped to make anything you please, which was great for all of our meals. We enjoyed the large pool and spa. The location is serene and beautiful and easily accessible to explore the entire island. We certainly will be back the next time we visit Hilton Head!

Fall Family Vacation

Enjoyed the spacious, well furmished house. Well equipped kitchen, and enjoyed the golf course view. The access ramp to the front entrance suggested there would be other accessible features, such as shower bars, etc, but there were none. Otherwise everyone had a great time.

Perfect Home

Home worked great for our family with each having their own rooms and bathrooms. The little ones enjoyed the bunk room and having so much room to play inside and out. We also enjoyed the heated pool in the evenings and the home made great memories of all the family being together. We also enjoyed sitting on the back deck and watching all the golfers come through. Don't forget to bring the bug spray-you definitely need that at Hilton Head Island.

Family and friends

We had a great time at 18 Turnberry! Loved watching the golfers come in on the 14th hole. Had an issue with the heat of pool and jacuzzi but was rectified and even gave some $ back. Truly appreciative. Spacious house with great views. Loved biking to harbor town too. Fun time!

Fabulous family weekend

This was a great Thanksgiving weekend. We stayed on this property with our family and our adult children. All total it was 11 of us in the home. The house was nice and spacious. The management team, Susan and Mark were absolutely fabulous!!! I often rent homes when I’m on vacation. Susan and Mark were by far the best housing property managers I’ve ever worked with. I will definitely rent this house again with my travel group.

Hilton Head Vacation

This property was fantastic. The home was definitely built for a large family and lots of entertaining. There were so many different areas within the home that family members could go to have quiet time alone or to gather all together. My one comment is that the house was not as close to the beach as I had thought, and the Beach Club was only accessible by foot or bike. We thought you could drive and park there. The property manager was great . Very responsive when we had questions.

Reunion of high school friends

The house is lovely and well appointed, and we would stay there again. You might choose to add towel racks or hooks in the upstairs bath, and also repair the fan in that bath. Could use more light in the upstairs closet. Also a hand rail for the spa steps could be useful.

Great home in Sea Pines

Management company was great! Had trouble with spa heat. Easy check in check out. Had problems with MBR on first floors shower either being scalding or cold. We just used a different shower. Also upstairs Master bath fan is not working. Kitchen was fully stocked with all you could ever need.

Beautiful house—lovely neighborhood

The house is wonderful. We rented bikes and it was easy to bike to the beach, plantation ruins, and explore the neighborhood. The driveway ends in a golfing waterway so the grandchildren (ages2-10) could watch egrets, and alligators. There were also deer and armadillos in the yard. The children’s bunk room was a special retreat for sleeping, playing and watching television. The spacious kitchen made meal prep easy and there was ample space for food and drink storage inside the house and in the pool kitchen. Each bedroom has a dedicated bathroom and the bedrooms were spacious.

Excellent vacation home!

We had 3 generations thoroughly enjoy this beautiful home! There was more than enough space for the 10 of us with wonderful spacious common areas. All 4 families had their own bedroom and bathroom. We were very happy with the cleanliness inside and only had to sweep porches due to a recent storm. The kitchen lacked nothing and we cooked most nights. We noticed the ice maker wasn’t working the first day and a representative called us before I even had a chance to call them. Couldn’t get it fixed so they provided bagged ice which was really nice. The pool and hot tub were a lot of fun and a nice size. We also enjoyed watching the golfers at the 14th hole. Definitely recommend this house!
