Located in the Singleton By the Beach Community, 26 Corine Lane is situated mid-island on Hilton Head.

With access to a secluded community beach, the house boasts:
* 5 Bedrooms
* 6 Bathroom
* Lagoon view
* Covered poolside Lanai with outdoor living space and 55 inch television
**Private pool (can be heated for an additional charge)

Just a short walk or bike ride (approximately 700 yards) to the beach! Bordered by a tidal inlet, Singleton Beach is one of the least crowded beaches on the island. The spacious beach allows for sunbathers, bikers, and water sportsmen alike to have their own piece of the pie. Looking for some Coastal fare or frozen cocktails? Coco's on the Beach is just steps away.

**Golf cart beach shuttle service is provided FREE of CHARGE to our guests. The shuttle runs Memorial Day through Labor Day; Sunday - Friday 9am-5pm.**

Additionally, the Chaplin Oceanside Park is only 100 yards from the house. Offering tennis and basketball courts, bike trails, soccer fields, a playground and restrooms, there's something for everyone.

Nestled between Palmetto Dunes and the Marriott Surf Watch Resort, our mid-island location offers easy access to some of the Island's best waterfront dining, shopping & entertainment. Kroger's, Whole Foods, French Bakery, Starbucks, Poseidon, Janes Bistro, Giussippis Pizza, Tio's, Wayback Burgers & Kilwin's - just to name a few - are certain to please your palette! Additionally, Shelter Cover features the Island's best firework displays every Tuesday beginning at dusk (scheduled from Mid June through August - weather permitting). FLOORPLAN OVERVIEW:
Ground Floor: On the main level you will find a 2 car garage as well as the private pool area. The covered lanai has a lounge and dining area, a grilling area and a full bath as well as a 55 inch smart tv.
1st Floor: The main living area of the house, here you will find the kitchen & dining area, the family room and a master bedroom. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and an island that seats 8. The dining area seats an additional 10 people. The family room has 2 sectionals, built in book cases and a 65 inch smart tv. The master bedroom has a king bed and a 55 inch smart tv.
2nd Floor: This floor houses the remainder of the bedrooms as well as a full laundry room. The master bedroom on this level has a king bed and a spacious en suite bathroom with a double vanity. It also has a 55 inch smart tv. The "crew room" features 2 double beds, a bathroom and a 43 inch tv. The "nautical room" has 2 double beds, a 43 inch smart tv and a bathroom with a double vanity. The "bunk room" boasts 2 (full over full, with 1 twin trundle bed) bunks - sleeping 9 people, has a 43 inch smart tv and an en suite bathroom that includes a double vanity as well as a shower with a tub.

The outdoor space on the ground floor (pool area) was unkept and required going down an internal staircase that was swarming with flies. We did not go outside other than on the small balcony off of the kitchen. The kitchen was poorly stocked (no basic items like salt or pepper, not oven mitt, only 1 wine glass, pans and dished were dirty in the drawers). Several lightbulbs were also out (but were replaced upon request promptly) and we could not open the garage door. Overall, most of the things noted are easily rectifiable in order to make the home much better.

Great Stay

We had a great time celebrating our parents 50th anniversary. Being near the park and beach was perfect and allowed for entertainment for all the kids. The dining area was great and accommodated our whole group of 18. My only critiques are we could have used more blankets and the dryer was not able to dry clothes.

Amazing October weekend

Singleton Beach Rocks!!

The house is a gem, and as a frequent HHI visitor, our group of Tennis Players loved the long weekend staying here. Chaplin Community Park had practice courts with lights - A bonus. We enjoyed our visit. However the pool area downstairs we had to clean. House was nice. Wish the neighborhood had bike trails. The golf cart to the beach was a must the walk was definitely hard especially in the heat.

The cleanest property that we have stayed at in a LONG time!

Gorgeous property! The location was perfect and our group of 11 (ages 5-adult) had plenty of room. It has become increasingly difficult to find a property that is actually CLEAN!!! And this one was! We had an issue with one of the showers but made contact easily with the property manager and they resolved it quickly. The kids loved the splash pool....we had a great time!

Great Family Vacation

This property was clean and the property manager was responsive. The beach was close, but it was nice having the shuttle! It would be nice to have some chaise lounges at the pool area. Also, there were several light bulbs burnt out and a fan in one of the bedrooms was not working. Other than that, it was a nice property.

Thanks for your review. As this is our first season we are still working on filling in some of the blanks - loungers are a great idea, TY! Apologies about the fan, the issue has been remediated. We hope that the central air was more than enough to keep you comfortable! We sometimes need to rely on guests to keep us posted on lightbulb and other easy fixes because the cleaning company and manager are typically there when interior lights aren’t being used. We have taken care of all those and appreciate the heads up.
