The Caroline – Mountain Views & Modern Style

With our newly updated rooms, we can now accommodate 9 people in beds! We have a new day bed, two new twin beds, and kept our bunk bed (bottom full size mattress only; the top is used for luggage storage). Now welcoming up to 1 dog to stay!

The Caroline is a newer spectacular 3-story contemporary mountain home located on Reynolds Mountain. You'll find your spacious hideaway conveniently located near downtown Asheville, the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Biltmore Estate, Beaver Lake, hiking & biking trails, the River Arts District and more. If staying put is your desire, this home has everything you'll want. Whether it's a girls' weekend, a family get-together or a romantic couples retreat, The Caroline waits to welcome you

This beautifully appointed home can accommodate up to 9 adult guests.

3 large bedrooms, 1 smaller bedroom with a daybed and desk

The Primary ensuite Bedroom (king bed) is located on the main floor. The Primary ensuite Bathroom has a large vanity, double sinks and walk-in shower. You'll also find a large walk-in closet with plenty of space to for your luggage.

The 3 remaining bedrooms are located on the third floor of this stunning home. You will find a cozy conversation cove and a large guest bathroom with double sinks and a shower/tub.

We also have a desk in the smaller bedroom (with the daybed). Our high-speed internet will help to ensure you don't miss a single email.

Large open-concept living, dining and kitchen area.

Granite countertops, all new stainless steel appliances and large island accentuate the fully equipped gourmet kitchen - ready for a quick breakfast or a relaxing, slow-paced dinner. With a chef-style gas range, microwave, blender, coffer maker, toaster oven, and extensive cookware and utensils, everything is at your fingertips. Even big holiday meals are easy to prepare in this highly appointed kitchen!

Large deck and an indoor/outdoor fireplace. You'll have plenty of space to relax after a day/night out.

Our cozy living room area with a large comfy couch, gas fireplace and new Smart TV allows you to drink your coffee (or wine) inside or outside to the deck where you can enjoy the mountain views and fireplace from the other side. Our sunsets are amazing!

There are so many things to see and do in the Asheville area. From world-class cuisine and micro-brews, to tons of outdoor activities like hiking, biking and rafting, or visiting the Biltmore Estate and gardens, or taking an epic scenic drive along the Blue Ridge Parkway. All within easy distance, the Caroline is most definitely the place to stay for all your Asheville adventures.

We had a wonderful stay at The Caroline in Asheville! The accommodations were warm, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, which made our stay so convenient. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the whole place was spotless. Communication with the host was amazing—quick, helpful, and friendly. The location was perfect as well: close to everything and very easy to get in and out. We would return in a minute! Highly recommend.

Fantastic Asheville Getaway

The property was even nicer than the photos. Good sized rooms and very comfortable beds. Great location, only ten minutes to Ashville and a nice quiet neighborhood. The outside deck with fireplace was awesome!

Spacious and modern place to connect with family

My Father, Brother, Nephew, and I stayed at this VRBO during our annual fishing trip. We like to spend time in Ashville for fishing and dining options. We were delighted with the accommodations provided at this VRBO. The space is large, comfortable, and has many places to sit, talk or get work done. The location is terrific if you have a car. Even if you don't have a car, the little "village" near the home is a great place to pick up some breakfast in the morning, and there is a friendly coffee shop nearby. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Ashville area.

We stayed here for our girls' trip and absolutely loved it! The outdoor deck offers fantastic views of the mountains and a great place to drink coffee and read in the morning. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious with very comfortable mattresses. The open concept kitchen and living room are great for cooking and relaxing together. Everything was clean and appeared as advertised. Jessica, the property manager, was very prompt with communication and provided great recommendations for things to do/places to eat. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe, with restaurants close by that you can walk to. We highly recommend staying here!

Lovely vacation spot with all you need!

Highly recommend this lovely home for your next vacation in Asheville. We were in for a wedding and stayed the week to enjoy the area, as 6 adults we found the home easy to live in, graciously appointed, and enjoyed the "plus" of the mountain views from the covered deck. This property was AMAZING! We planned a long girls weekend here and we had the absolute best time. The townhouse is perfectly located in the cutest little area. It is about a 10 minute drive to all the best restaurants/breweries in downtown Asheville. Great view of the mountains in the distance from the outside deck.
