Facing Kairon beach with a unique view of Granville, we welcome you to this large villa composed of a 50m² living room opening onto a large terrace with panoramic sea view, an equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, vitro hob, oven, washing machine), a bedroom with 2 single beds of 80 pushed together. On the 2nd floor: two bedrooms with double bed of 140 and balcony with sea view, a bedroom with sea view with 2 single beds of 90, a bedroom with 2 single beds of 90, two bathrooms. Enclosed garden, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Parking in the garden.

La location parfaite en bord de mer, en toute saison. Derniere maison tout au bout de la dune, grandes baies vitrées avec jardin face à la mer, accès direct à la plage, vue sur les Îles Chausey, la citadelle et le port de Granville. De l’espace avec 4 chambres à l’étage dont 3 avec vue mer + 1 chambre au rez de chaussée parfaite pour des grands parents âgés, à côté de la grande pièce à vivre. Idéal en famille, notamment avec des jeunes enfants. Calme et sérénité assurés. Seul minuscule bémol, besoin de la voiture pour accéder aux commerces les plus proches à 5/10min en voiture à Jullouville ou St Pair sur mer.

pas de petites attentions à l 'accueil (livret d 'accueil sac poubelle par exemple) .

Radiateur et téléviseur en panne. Les propriétaires font peu de cas des locataires. A part la vue sur la mer la maison ne vaut pas le prix de la location.

Très beau séjour. Le barbecue est indiscutablement trop petit au vu de la taille du logement et du prix ! Ce point doit être clairement corrigé.
