Super friendly host with a wonderful place to stay. Plenty of room for all.9 of us from 5 states stayed for a family get together. It was great.I personally loved sitting out back enjoying fresh picked tomatoes and the kitchen was great for feeding everyone.Lots of great places to gather or to take some downtime by yourself.Enjoy!!!

Great place for family gathering!

Roomy but cozy! Open space for gathering family while still have plenty of rooms to retreat to. Comfy beds, plenty of towels. Thoughtful touches throughout! Everything you’d need for a fun time together!Looking forward to returning in warmer temps to enjoy the beautiful outdoor space as well!

Beautiful, well- equipped house and event venue

We rented this house with extended family for a 90th birthday party for my grandmother. It was perfect for our needs. Clean, plenty of space, with a with-equipped kitchen. Highly recommend!

The house is spacious and the common areas are really big, enough to accommodate many for eating and talking. Ours was a group of 12. Each time we had a question or issue, the owners responded immediately. Great experience all around.

Wedding weekend

The house and grounds made a perfect place as a home base for family and friends to gather during my son's wedding weekend. Jill is a great hostess providing lots of extra touches to ensure everyone has a great time. I highly recommend Meadow Rock to anyone considering it.

Family wedding weekend

We needed a place to accommodate family and a bridal party for a wedding weekend at Succop. This property was perfect. Lots of beds, lots of space. The grounds are gorgeous. Tons of dining space. The house has everything you’d need already there. Host communication was terrific. Jill answers questions so quickly. We had a weekend full of activities and honestly we would’ve rather had more time to enjoy the house and outdoor areas.

A hidden gem

Meadow Rock is a rustic yet charming home surrounded by stunning property. Our family reunion was a huge hit because of the location and amenities. A group of 16 (5 family units - 12 adults and 4 under 13) stayed comfortably in the home and another 20 attended the events held over 3 days. The meadow was perfect for the tents/tables and games. The kitchen is FULLY stocked and Jill provides additional supplies. Everything is accessible and well layed out. Comfortable beds. Great communication. The photos do not do it justice and so many areas are not on the website - like the coffee/breakfast/toaster/microwave station. There is also a 3 burner BUN with supplies. I can't begin to thank Jill and Rhett. They made my job so easy. This property is definitely worth the daily rate and any additional event fees.

Wonderful!

Absolutely wonderful! Sangria was excellent and enjoyed! Very comfortable home with lots of room for grandchildren to play. Jill and Rhett responded quickly to us. They are excellent hosts.

Absolutely gorgeous farm house in country

Jill and Rhett are absolutely amazing hosts and very attentive to guests. Jill greeted us with sangria and made us feel very welcome. We were there for a family reunion with family from NYC, CT, IN and Chicago so about 7 hour drive for each. Farm House is stocked with all you can imagine and beds are very comfortable and rooms big for lounging catching up with family. Honestly the only negatives are the steps to get into the front door and steps to get from back porch to house are so steep! We had some 80 year olds in group and so I would say this house may not be for them. Otherwise fantastic place to go for reunions and family trips with large groups.

The Perfect weekend

We stayed at Meadowrock Farm on the weekend of our niece’s wedding. It was the perfect place to house our family of 14. Jill was a wonderful hostess and the refreshing Sangria was an added touch. We hope to make our way there again😊

Absolute Joy

My extended family rented this house for the weekend while we attended a wedding at the nearby Succop Nature Park We had 16 adults ranging in age from 22 - 75, and everyone had a very comfortable bed to sleep in! Which is definitely something we were grateful to have. The house was beautiful and you could tell a lot of thought was put into the layout. We all wished we could have stayed longer, as a weekend simply wasn't enough time to enjoy all the house had to offer. Jill was a fabulous host, and we really enjoyed our welcome gift. Such a thoughtful gesture. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect In Every Way!

This beautifully furnished farmhouse was perfect in every way. Our family was in Butler for a wedding. Jill greeted us when we arrived with Sangria. The layout of the house was great. The screened in porch, patio and grounds were lovely. five stars doesn't do it justice. We were so sad to leave.

Wonderful farm house experience

We had a blast! If you are tired of living in cookie cutter made houses, this one is for you. Meadow rock farm is a unique farm house that is beautifully decorated with farm theme throughout. These are wood beams throughout the house. The kitchen/sunroom area features high ceiling and can be viewed from 2nd and 3rd floor. There are many areas for people to gather and chat such as dinning room, living room, sunroom, bar area in the kitchen, family area on the third floor and game room on the second floor. There is also a large patio and a fire ring. Host provided plenty of firewood for us. She also provided everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom such as spices, coffee, breakfast items, paper towel, napkins, shower gel. She is super friendly and always there should you need anything. The place is off from the main road and very quiet. It has a huge backyard for different activities. We stayed when COVID-19 was spreading around the country. The extra cleaning and the added time between two different bookings made us feel safe. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you.

Beautiful, perfectly functional lodging for our group!

Our group of 12 adults (including one guest who requires the use of a wheelchair) had an amazing stay at the Meadow Rock Farm. The house has a great layout, with lots of central gathering space, as well as small group spaces (if needed). The kitchen is big enough that we weren't bumping into each other. The commercial oven/stove came in handy and easily allowed us to prepare food for our group. The bar area in the kitchen was the #1 gathering spot for us. We had snacks, self-serve foods, liquor, etc. on the bar during our stay. Perfect! They also have a full-size refrigerator, along with a smaller bar-sized refrigerator in the kitchen. The pantry was full of serving plates, dishes, crockpots, microwave, etc. The kitchen has all the pots, pans, silverware, cups, drinkware, and dozens of other things you could need. Our stay was during March, so it was VERY cold outside. We used the back seasonal room to hold most of our drinks. Everything stayed cold, and it allowed us to store all of our food in the refrigerators. While it was in the single digits outside, the house itself was very comfortable. No drafts, no cold breezes. We also had use of the fireplace and enjoyed the feel of a fire on our Saturday night. Several of our guests had their own private rooms, and only a few of us had to share a room with others. We knew this going into the rental, and it was fine. Some other honorable mentions about our stay: - The homeowners have lots of great signage throughout the house! Little notes to help inform guests of various things. We appreciated that information. - No additional cleaning fees. - Homeowners made sure our guest with Muscular Dystrophy and wheelchair-bound had what he needed for a safe and comfortable stay. The first-floor bedroom, bathroom, and the use of ramps in the garage was great. The layout of the first floor was also open and accessible. - The bedrooms and bathrooms had all the linens, pillows, towels, etc. that we needed. - If the temperature wasn't so frigid, we would have loved spending time outside at the firepit/seating area. Next time! I'm sure I am forgetting things. If you are considering this location, just know that it was truly worth it for us and we absolutely plan on revisiting the Meadow Rock Farm.

Small family gathering

Place was fabulous for 14 people! Very spacious and cozy. Everything you could ever need was in the house and the owners were delightful. We gathered for a wedding and baptism. We had an outside caterer come in and everything was just so lovely. The wooded setting was very peaceful and beautiful. Loved it!

Lovely Get Away!

We rented this property for our family for Thanksgiving weekend. When we arrived, the owner had a cake and fresh fruit waiting for us. The home was perfect for our large group with comfortable beds and lots of seating areas. Even though it was cooler weather, we took walks through the meadow and played Cornhole outside. We felt at home and loved the time together at Meadow Brook farm!
