House completely renovated in 2017, 150 m2, with a large wooden terrace overlooking the pines. Ideally located, 3 minutes from the beach of Grass walk and 2km from the Ocean by the cycle track (near the house).
Villa consists of a living room with fireplace, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with toilet (one with walk-in shower, the other with bath) and 1 separate toilet, kitchen (pyrolysis oven, microwave machine dishwasher, washing machine, large refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and filter), pantry, laundry. entirely new bedding, stereo, TV. Air conditioning in the living room.

Maison très agréable car bien rénovée , fonctionnelle et idéalement située pour découvrir le Cap Ferret ! Seul bémol , le tarif du ménage et des draps.
