The rented apartment is located in ground garden of a house with my daughter occupies the first floor, but your input is independent.
You have a garden, flowers according to the season, and a veranda for cooler evenings and rainy days.
You can park your car in the garden and put your bikes away.
The house is at a dead end and surrounded by meadows and groves, so there is no traffic to worry about.

appartement sympathique à la campagne

maison agréable et sympathique; environnement très calme par contre bruit de pas et de machines venant de l'étage au-dessus. logement peu adapté pour des PMR: marches pour aller dans la cuisine et douche dans une baignoire accès assez difficile par une route étroite et en mauvais état

Certes, la route est abîmée, mais elle est communale et ne nous appartient pas. Nous sollicitons la Mairie pour qu'elle fasse l'entretien. J'ai signalé dans l'annonce que le logement au-dessus est habité, avec les bruits d'électro-ménager que cela peut engendrer. Je prends bien compte que ma maison n'est pas adaptée aux PMR, et vais le rajouter dans mon annonce. Cordialement.

J'ai trouvé exactement le calme et la nature comme indiqué dans l'annonce et les photos correspondent bien. La bonne surprise, c'est que la maison est plus grande sue je l'imaginais et très chaleureuse. J'ai passé un excellent séjour.

Nous venons de passer des vacances ressourçante on entend que le chant des oiseaux, un avre de paix le logement est bien et bien équipé, nous avons eu un chaleureux accueil de la part de Sophie et il est proche des thermes
