Discover our bright village house of 142m² remodeled by an architect spaces designer, located 200 meters from the Canal du Midi and the tourist office, shops and restaurants, in a quiet dead end.
We have made the contemporary treatment of the house to offer you all the comforts you want during your stay : air conditioning in each room, kitchen, pool with its waterfall ...
You will find in this house stones filled with history, and warm, raw and real materials (solid wood, leather ...), like the people here.
The large green patio and its pool are often called "haven of peace" by people who come here to rest and peace, without compromising comfort and practicality.
The 3 bedrooms all have kingsize 180x200 beds, which we can separate into 2 beds 90x200 at your request.
So you can sleep together or separately, simply tell us your choice, your beds will be made upon your arrival so you just have to relax!
We are listening your needs and desires: we will put you in touch with a masseuse, a bike rental, a chef at home who can give you a local cooking class, a 2CV rental to survey the scrubland of here ... Tell us what you want, we'll do the rest.
In high and medium season, on the banks of the Canal du Midi at 200m, you will have at your disposal restaurants, cafes, artisanal ice creams, shops, art galleries, bookstore, etc ... (out of season: 1 café restaurant)
We like trust and quality relationships, that's why we offer the tourist tax, and that the equipment is included (bed linen, towels, table linen ...)

The house is completely non-smoking.

Estelle always knew Le Somail ; Jack fell in love at the first sight with Le Somail (as with Estelle!) ;-D

What makes this property unique
A large patio (with a charming pool) and 2 terraces will waiting for you, one in front of the house will give you sweet heat in fresh mornings, and the other one, in the back of the house, will offer you welcomed shadow when hot sun is shining.
The big living room is ideal to rest, and the big modern kitchen is made to cook local food recipes (with love, of course!)
All rooms are climatized (A/C)
In the 3 bedrooms, king size high quality beds (180x200)(5,9x6,6 ft) will give you good sleep. King size beds can be separated into 2 beds if you want, just tell us, and your beds wil be ready when you arrive :)
We are often told "it's astonishing, we feel instantly good here" : no real surprise actually, it's just Jack and his laying out design talent, but shht, let's keep the magic :)
