300 m from the port of Colombiers Canal du Midi and 15 km from the sea between Beziers and Narbonne, this villa for 8 people is a place of charm, calm and relaxation with its superb view of the scrubland.

New in 2019 HEATED AND SECURE SWIMMING POOL with waterfall
 
You will be able to benefit fully from its garden without opposite with its spa for 5 people in service all the year.

The whole villa is tastefully decorated (depending on the season) and includes several relaxation areas: 2 covered terraces, a mezzanine library with a large skylight.

          -Large living room, dining room and kitchen team with fully equipped central island (90 m2) overlooking a covered terrace and garden
          -1 bedroom with 160 bed with wardrobe / bedside tables

Colombiers

We all had a fabulous stay at this lovely villa which had everything you could a want. Chantal was very easy to communicate with and extremely helpful with information.The weather was so hot so the air conditioning throughout the villa was a boon! Lovely pool and garden and easy access to BĂ©ziers and Canal du Midi.Would absolutely recommend

Un séjour idyllique

La propriété est parfaite (agencement, confort, équipements, literies...) Tout est pensé pour offrir un séjour des plus agréables, que ce soit à l'intérieur de la villa ou à l'extérieur avec le jardin arboré, la piscine et le jacuzzi. Au-delà de l'aspect matériel, Mme Guirao est d'une gentillesse et d'une bienveillance rare. Un immense merci à elle! Er is geen woord aan gelogen om dit huis een villa te noemen. Werkelijk prachtig en van alle gemakken voorzien. Met twee stellen heeft ieder zijn eigen deel van het huis mbt privacy. De woon/eetkamer/keuken is zeer ruim.

Superbe sĂ©jour dans cette maison tout simplement PARFAITE, pour la localisation afin de visiter cette belle rĂ©gion et pour les remarquables Ă©quipements qu’offrent cette magnifique villa, bien au delĂ  des prestations "standards". On est dans du Grand Standing! Le salon cathĂ©drale est magnifique, la dĂ©co. est superbement soignĂ©e, la cuisine est limite digne des grands Chefs! Superbe villa au coeur des vignes

Villa au top

Excellent sĂ©jour chez Chantal. Villa Parfaitement adaptĂ©e et Ă©quipĂ©e pour deux familles. Chantal est d’une gentillesse et d’une disponibilitĂ© hors pair. Le jacuzzi est un plus !!! Nous recommandons fortement. Merci pour la petite attention pour les enfants.

Would return in a heartbeat

A beautiful house, kitted with everything we needed for two weeks and more, waited for us at the end of a long journey from Spain. Owners were warm and very accommodating with us and our dog, and all of us enjoyed the property very much. It was comfortable, spacious and the outside spaces absolutely fantastic, to the point where we opted to sit by the pool many days rather than adventure out to sightsee. We would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for your hospitality!

Ferienhaus mit Stil

Ein wunderschön gestaltetes Ferienhaus mit allem Komfort. Liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer, ein uneinsehbarer Garten mit verschiedenen RĂŒckzugmöglichkeiten. Von Colombiers aus ist man schnell an den diversen StrĂ€nden oder besucht StĂ€dte, Weinkellereien, ÖlmĂŒhlen etc. Der Kanal de Midi fliesst durch das Dorf und man findet an seinem Verlauf nette kleine Restaurants. Ein gelungener Urlaub - merci Mme Gasquet - a bientot!

Well equipped in a very quiet location.

Great property, well located with direct access onto the canal du Midi which is great for cycling along. Chantal is extremely quick to reply to any issues(Google translate causes some humorous exchanges). Property and equipment is as advertised, the garden umbrella needs replacing but that would be our only issue with equipment. Air con is modern and effective. Couldn't find any English channels on the TV so didn't use it. If you like your croissants fresh in the morning don't be late as they all go by 10:00am. Be aware that the 24hr Casino supermarket up the road closes at 12:00am on Sundays....Ate out at 3 of the local café/restaurants. All ok and you get what you pay for. Hired a motor boat from the Marina for a few hours, quite expensive but worth doing. The locks at Beziers are worth a visit and the whole area in June was just stunning as all the wild flowers were out and loads of poppies everywhere, just beautiful. Didn't do a great deal of touring as we were here to watch the Under 20s rugby world championships but we did find a great place in Narbonne run by an a retired French rugby player(lots of cafes/restaurants are run by retired players from all over the world). Check out Chez Bebells in the food market(and on YouTube), get there before 11:30am to book a place as it was busy on the Tuesday we went. The weather was very changeable whilst we were here with strong winds and thunderstorms, the number of wind farms in the local area is a bit of a clue but we managed to avoid getting too wet. If you hire a car DO NOT go for the Renault Twingo, it is lethal on the autoroutes in strong winds and gets blown all over the road. The man at the rental company agreed with me but he is part of a national chain who clearly are more concerned about profit than customer safety. I would happily return to this property if I was coming back to this area. Thank you Chantal for your prompt replies to our questions.

Top vakantie!

We waren met onze 2-jarige dochter twee weken in de villa. De villa is smaakvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De keuken is volledig uitgerust. Het uitzicht op de tuin en op het graanveld is fantastisch. Veel privacy en vooral heerlijk rustig doordat de villa aan het einde van een doodlopende weg zit. Het dorpje is klein, maar heeft de benodigde basisvoorzieningen. Op 300 meter een mooie speeltuin. Loopafstand naar de 2 bakkers is ongeveer 500 meter. Lekker brood, zelfs speltbrood (l’épeautre)! Op woensdag is er markt met kramen voor vlees, groente, fruit en vis. In Montady (3 km verderop) zit een Aldi. Veel goedkoper dan een Casino supermarkt. Voor het strand gingen we naar Valras plage. Het is 25 minuten rijden met de auto. Een strandparasol was ook in het huis aanwezig. Het plaatsje Narbonne en de markt op donderdag/zondag is ook erg aan te raden. We kijken met heel veel plezier terug op deze vakantie.

Fantastisk feriehus

Vi havde en fantastisk ferie. Ejeren, som var meget sÞd og imÞdekommende, bÞd velkommen og viste os rundt. Huset er virkelig lÊkkert og godt indrettet. Meget ren overalt, god plads, masser af forskellig service, rigtig god grill, fin terrasse, flot have, bordtennis og ikke mindst en dejlig jacuzzi. Huset ligger perfekt med udsigt over byen/bjerge og marker. Vi kan kun give vores bedste anbefalinger og vil gerne vende tilbage, da bÄde hus og omgivelser er perfekte for vores familie.

Amazing interior and spotlessly clean

The villa had everything that we needed and the hot tub was lovely. It was in a very quiet area of the town, bordering onto fields at the back. The photos don't really do the villa justice. It was stunning and easily the best place we've ever stayed in. The good weather helped too!

Chantal est une hÎte adorable, généreuse et aux petits soins pour ses locataires! Attentive au moindre détail, elle prend le temps de vous accueillir dans sa maison hyper bien équipée, trÚs spacieuse et impeccable. C'est en réalité bien plus beau que sur les photos! Le plus: la literie est de grande qualité! Le Jacuzzi est carrément apprécié, à toute heure du jour! Nous recommandons!!

Une réservation idéale pour toute la famille !

Proche des plages de Valras pour les petits, proche d'un patrimoine culturel magnifique pour les grands, cette location est idéale pour que toute la famille y trouve son compte ! La maison est splendide avec de trÚs beaux espaces intérieurs et extérieurs. Terrasses et spa vous feront profiter de cet havre de paix car aucune mitoyenneté ! Le gros plus intérieur étant l'espace nuit séparé en deux parties : 2 chambres en bas pour parents et enfants, une chambre et un espace nuit en haut, pour amis ou famille... Avec la clim !! Acceuil parfait avec des propriétaires trÚs sympathiques et aux petits soins, nous vous recommandons ce gite les yeux fermés !

Nous avons de trÚs agréables vacances avec nos enfants . La maison était tout à fait conforme à la description de l'annonce et suffisamment spacieuse pour que chacun trouve son espace. Les plages ne sont pas trÚs loin de la maison et le canal du midi est à 2 pas .

Nous avons passĂ© une super semaine dans une villa de rĂȘve amĂ©nagĂ©e avec Ă©normĂ©ment de goĂ»t, et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Les propriĂ©taires sont trĂšs sympathiques et nous ont bien renseignĂ© sur la dĂ©couverte de la rĂ©gion. La mer est a deux pas, et valras plage est une trĂšs agrĂ©able station. Nous avons dĂźnĂ© plusieurs soirs au port du canal du midi de colombiers a 200m de la villa. Nous avons Ă©galement profitĂ© du spa dans un trĂšs beau cadre sans vis Ă  vis et face Ă  la campagne.
