Offering approx. 7000 square feet with six-bedroom, four-bathroom, and two powder rooms will accommodate fourteen comfortably. Gorgeous hardwood floors, high-end appliances, designer furniture, multiple sitting areas, open-concept living on the second level, tremendous rooftop deck with views of the ocean and the bay. Lovely gourmet kitchen with two large islands, a spacious garage with beach equipment, and plenty of parking for your guests! An amazing recreational room with tons of space to spread out, play pool, ping pong, or hang out with a fantastic book. Multiple decks with views and seating. Every bedroom except the first level bedroom has access to a bathroom. A Fantastic Choice for your summer vacation!
LOCATION: Situated just 3/4 of a block to the Atlantic and just south of Dewey Beach, you can access a private, guarded beach. Close enough to walk to area restaurants, shops, and nightlife in the town of Dewey.
PARKING: Private driveway for approximately six to eight vehicles.
AMENITIES: Elevator, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, cable TV, water views, recreational room, gas grill, outdoor shower, two refrigerators, central AC, dual outdoor showers and an outdoor toilet, a private outdoor shower offered in the king primary suite, washer, and dryer.
THINGS TO KNOW: Sorry, this community does not allow group reservations. Family-friendly rental or multi-generational family reservations are welcome! We rent from Friday to Friday during the prime summer season. Linens are not supplied. However, we have a linen rental program for guests. A refundable security deposit is required.

Amazing house in Dewey Beach

No website photos can do proper justice to this house. It is beautiful, larger than it appears, wonderfully maintained, and a great fit for a large group. We had three adults and seven teenage boys, and the house always felt spacious and never crowded. The owner was ver responsive, coming over personally on a Sunday to help solve a minor technical problem with the circuit breakers. The house is a few steps from the beach and an easy short drive to the Rehoboth boardwalk. Highly recommend.

Delayed graduation trip

This property will not disappoint!! We had a wonderful time. For our family, this trip was a graduation trip for our son (which initially had to be cancelled because of covid). The house itself is spectacular, and everyone could spread out, which is especially nice for teenagers. The only reason I didn't give 5+ stars for everything is because the carpets are extremely stained, and we had to constantly watch our 7 lb. yorkie to make sure she didn't mark anywhere. We contacted the rental agency but did not receive any communication back. Not my idea of a fun vacation, especially when paying an extra pet fee. All in all, beautiful home and location!
