Villa located at the fork of the road Poggioli 1.5 Kms from the beach and 1.5 km from the village of Sainte Lucie de Porto Vecchio where you will find all the shops (bakery, supermarket, bookshop, tobacco, doctor , pharmacy, post office).
This villa with swimming pool (10m / 4m) and is conditioned on a plot of 2 ha
that people enjoy for calm.
Scheduled for 4 to 8 people, it is composed:
• a large living room with fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave)
• a bedroom with a bed of 140 and a bathroom
• a mezzanine with 2 beds 90 and a sofa bed and a bathroom
• terrace with barbecue

Bon accueil et bonne disponibilité. 2 salles de bain inexistantesmais une douche et un cabine de toilette avec un évier et un wc. Cet hébergement ne conviendrait pas à une location pour 8 personnes. Équipement de cuisine très vieillot notamment des casseroles et des poêles que nous avons rachetés. Banquette et aspirateur à mettre au rebut. Belle piscine. Une vraie chambre.

We are a family of 4 ( two adults and two teenagers plus a dog) we had a super stay. Lovely quite rental just a 5 min cycle to beaches and pinerallu. Rental had all we needed inclu AC and a pool. Fully recommend

Une superbe résidence très bien située, près de la baie de Pinarellu. Nous avons profité de la piscine chauffée. La maisonedt belle, propre, pratique et calme. Nous avons été accueilli par Doris, une très gentille personne, très arrangeante… un grand merci, pour ce séjour mon fils s’est éclaté 😁.

Relax nel sud della Corsica

Casa molto accogliente, ben accessoriata. Ambiente pulito e molto tranquillo. Punto di forza la piscina e anche la veranda esterna per cenare e fare ottime grigliate con il barbecue messo a disposizione. Posizione della proprietà ideale per visitare le splendide spiagge del sud della Corsica.

Excellent séjour à Pinarello

Nous avons passé 2 semaines chez M et Mme Catalani : excellent accueil, location très bien équipée, propre et confortable, 2 terrasses dont toujours une à l’ombre, barbecue. Très bien placé au calme, superbe piscine, à 5 minutes en voiture de la plage de Pinarello, très bon point de départ pour visiter le sud de la Corse : Bonifacio, Porto Vecchio, randonnées en proche montagne, baignades dans les multiples plages de la côte, mais aussi dans les piscines naturelles des cours d’eau comme le Cavu tout proche. Plein d’activités à portée : accrobranche à 15 minutes, jet ski, quad... Bilan : d’excellentes vacances avec nos 3 enfants !

Excellent location and facilities, highly recommended.

Our host Doris was very welcoming and had good English which helped as our French was fairly basic. The villa was lovely, very clean and tidy with modern equipment throughout. The shared pool was excellent and nice and safe for young children, and the whole residence was very peaceful and relaxing. The villa bbq was also great for evenings in, however the TV services were only in french, i.e. no Sky but not a problem if you pack some playing cards. The location is superb for exploring the South of Corsica, with Pinerello and its fabulous beach and restaurants just 10 minutes down the road. If we come back to Corsica we'll definitely consider again and many thanks to Doris for her warm welcome.
