Although we only have two reviews, please do not let that deter you from booking our property. Our guests thus far have booked through "word of mouth" and not through VRBO. Only guests who book through VRBO are allowed to write a review, so, although we've been fully booked since Dec. 2018, we haven't received any reviews because our guests haven't booked through this site. Our property is truly a gem, with the most amazing views in Victoria, and equipped with the best amenities throughout!

Welcome to the Panorama Suite, where the name says it all. You will be entranced by the view the minute you walk in the door. Your eyes will immediately be drawn to this all expansive, awe inspiring view of the Gorge Waterway, the Inner Working Harbour, the Strait of Juan de Fuca and the Olympic Mountain Range. Not only has this property been equipped with high end custom furniture and accessories, the view most definitely is La Piece de Resistance!

The Panorama Suite is located at 728 Yates Street on the 15th floor (sub-penthouse) of the Era Building. This downtown condo is within walking distance to everything needed for a great holiday or a successful business trip. The Panorama Suite is a beautifully appointed 2 bed / 2 bath condo in a new modern and quiet building (concrete & steel), located between Douglas & Blanshard Streets. Fully stocked just like your own home and tastefully decorated with care and quality, this condo will put you at ease after a day of enjoying all that beautiful Victoria has to offer. The name says it all......Panorama Suite! This is truly the best view in Victoria. Enjoy vast panoramic views spanning the Juan de Fuca Straight, the famous Inner Harbour, the Inner Working Harbour, and Olympic Mountain Range. The Panorama Suite is your home away from home.

Located 10 meters outside the front door of the Era Building is Fol Epi, Victoria's well known bakery & cafe. It's so convenient to spoil yourself with a homemade danish & latte every morning! Next to Fol Epi is Agrius, a farm-to-table, local organic restaurant, open for lunch and dinner! How handy!

View, View, View Penthouse – BEST PLACE EVER!!

Thank you Rod and Melissa!! Your property is breathtaking. The place itself was immaculate. The view did not disappoint!! Watching the Sea planes and cruise ships coming in. Loved how close downtown was. Thanks for even having a stroller bag that we could use to go out and purchase groceries, which was two blocks away and other items. I would recommend this place to anyone. Rod was very welcoming. This place had everything that we could have used to cook with, including spices etc… comfortable beds and places to sit. Our husbands love the recliners! So nice to have fruit, bread, and milk at the place, as a welcome gift. Thanks for working with us in checking out later, no stress for us for packing everything back up. We would definitely come back. Ed,Sue,Brian,Sylvia

Harbour View Condo

Although the condo itself was lovely, we were here in August and the condo can get quite warm on hot sunny days. AC would be a huge benefit here but there’s nothing the owners can do but supply fans - which they did. The evenings can cool off a bit but leaving the windows open at night let’s in all the street noise which happens at all hours of the night. You can’t beat how central this location is though, and that harbour view is wonderful. The balcony is tiny but again, the owners furnished it in a way to benefit what space there is. The kitchen was equipped well. The condo also comes with two amenities we used: one being a place to lock up our bikes and secondly, a nice space on the second floor if you feel like doing some entertaining and bbqing.

Excellent location with perfect view

My husband and I spent five weeks in this apartment to escape the snow of Eastern Canada. The location of the apartment is perfect for two seniors without a car. All of the necessary services are easy walks away and all of the buses needed to get to any part of the city stop within two blocks of the apartment. A bonus is that a small bakery (Fol Epi) is located on the ground floor of the apartment building; we bought fresh croissants and pains aux chocolat there almost every morning. The apartment is exactly as pictured and the wall of windows look out over the Inner Harbour, the "Blue" Bridge and across to Esquimalt. We really enjoyed watching city life during the day and the lights of the city after dark. The apartment was well-stocked for an extended stay and we really appreciated the dishwasher and in-apartment washer and dryer. The property managers were very friendly, helpful and responsive and worked with us to facilitate a late arrival and very early departure. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located apartment with a terrific city view.
