Apartment in small condominium on the ground floor of 57m2 in the heart of Chatelaillon, 20 meters from the beach and 3 minutes walk from the market.
Casino 3 minutes away.
Convenience store at the end of the street.
Station 5 minutes walk with TER lines to La Rochelle.

2 bedrooms: 1 140 cm bed / 2 bunk beds in the other.

Equipped kitchen: fan-assisted oven, 4 ceramic hobs, combined fridge-freezer with 3 drawers, washing machine with 7 kg window, dishwasher, microwave.

Great little escape!

We are 2 english early retirees, now living in the French countryside. Always wanted to return to this area of Charente. Lovely apartment in a great location & we were very fortunate with the weather, sunshine every day during the last week of March. The beach front 20 metres (2 minutes) from the door!. Everything nearby; restaurants, icecream, supermarket etc, local buses and a train station (which we used to go to la Rochelle, but you could also go from there to Cognac or Anguoleme). The apartment was tastefully decorated ,the bed very comfortable and the facilities provided were good too. Happy to recommend to any couple or family.

Ce logement est idéalement situé dans Chatelaillon, et très bien équipé ( vaisselle, équipement bébé, jouets de plage, électroménager) Petits bémols à améliorer pour que ce soit parfait : le puit de lumière, bruyant par temps de pluie et vent et non occultant . Et un robinet thermostatique serait plus secure pour les enfants dans la douche. Sinon, parfait ! Merci beaucoup

La location est bien située à 2min de la mer. L'environnement est calme, proche des commerces. L'appartement est bien décoré, bien équipé et propre. C'est dommage que le WC ne soit pas séparé de la salle de douche.Le stationnement, parfois un peu compliqué pour ce garer.Globalement, nous avons passé un bon moment.Merci.

quatre jours à Chatel

nous sommes arrivés dans un appartement propre et d'un bon confort que nous avons apprécié par temps de tempête. La boîte à clef rend de grands service mais manque de chaleur à l'accueil. Cependant le téléphone permet la résolution rapide et efficace des petits problèmes qui peuvent se présenter. Nous garderons un excellent souvrnir de notre bref séjour en ce gîte.

Mes amis avaient besoin de se reposer, se promener au bord de l’eau sans utiliser la voiture le soir donc ils ont apprécié l’endroit confortable.
