Welcome to a cozy chain house with one bedroom in the quiet and beautiful area of San Juan de Capistrano with stunning views of Nerja, the mountains and the sea. Enjoy the large, sunny and insane south facing balcony with 180 degree panoramic views.

The apartment is located a few steps from the area's supermarket and Nerja's main pool area with high security, children's pool, several pool bars and restaurants. Close to parking if you rent a car and close to the bus stop with which you take you to the beach or to the city center.

The apartment has a large screened balcony equipped with sun loungers, awning and barbecue. Living room with dining area and kitchen area with new fridge / freezer, microwave and stove. There is also a large sofa bed and new AC with cooling and heating.
Bedroom with two beds and new AC. Bathroom with shower and toilet and washing machine. Wireless Internet is included at no additional cost, as well as cable TV with 100+ channels. In the apartment there are also DVD, a number of beach toys, games and other things to pass the time. Plenty of utensils.

San Juan is one of Nerja's definitely the nicest areas, designed as an Andalusian village with small houses in typical Spanish style surrounded by greenery, orange trees and flowers. Here you listen to bird quotes instead of traffic. Security is high with security 24/7. Contiguous to the area is a nature reserve with trails. To get to Burrianastranden or center in just over 20 minutes, up a little longer.

A local representative meets you and leaves keys, and is available for any questions.

Amazing holiday

We came here for our first family holiday and it was absolutely amazing. The apartment was spotless and was absolutely big enough for the 4 of us. Kids loved it. The pool was amazing and we used it when we weren’t at the beach!! Amazing area with such friendly people. Restaurant at the pool was again amazing. Nothing was too much for them. Supermarket man ( kids named him ) was so friendly and would always help us with taxis when we needed them. Would 100% stay here again and we most certainly will be!!

Six weeks off bliss

I want to thank the property owner ,Goran ,for his wonderful apartment, great communication and endless patience with me. I extended my stay by two weeks because I didn’t want to leave Everything you could possibly need was provided and apart from the fact you can hear your neighbours , it was perfect. At the end of a hot day, I came home and opened the doors to the incredible view and the cool sea breeze . I didn’t use the air conditioner once! If was worth it for the just for the spectacular view. The apartment was cosy but needs updating.

Loved our stay in the San Juan de Capistrano area and the surrounding areas. It's a really beautiful place. Very hilly though and so you need to be quite fit. Quite a few shops and about 5 restaurants/bars on the urbanisation to go at along with a beautiful pool. We hired a car so were able to drive down to Burriana Beach most days which is lovely although advisable to book your sunbed the day before.

First to Nerja: We had a very good time there! Nerja is a lively place to stay outside in the evenings and go to restaurants. The white apartment houses, palms and plants are beautiful. The beach is also nice, though with pebbles. But after some days, we read that the toilet drains go right into the ocean in Nerja and the feces flow into the water unfiltered. Therefore we stopped going to the beach there and went to Torrox instead. There are plans to install a sewage plant in Nerja in some years. The apartment: The view from the apartment is priceless and we had everything we needed. The pool is amazing and just within 4 minutes walking distance. I didn't expect the pool to be so this nice and our children had the best time there. The interior of the house is basic and sufficient. The sleeping sofa works fine, though the fabric could be cleaned again. We have small children and used the apartment for four people. But I would recommend it for two adults only due to the sleeping situation. Overall we would come back there!

Wonderfully relaxing with amazing view

Our stay was nice and relaxing, the view from the roof terrace was wonderful, Overall the apartment was a bit quaint but clean and well equipped it was a bonus having wifi and all the English channels. The pool complex was super just a short walk away, with a shop next door, there is an excellent bus service to the town centre. The owner was excellent in replying to any queries we had.We found most of the restaurants very good

Exellent apartment

Wonderful place to stay, perfect location, sensational views and a short stroll to the pool area. The apartment comes loaded with everything you need for a relaxing stay, whilst quiet enough to be a little away from the main town centre. We wouldn't hesitate to go back, all dealings with the owner were excellent.
