Maison Marinette is a family home that we have just renovated and have been offering for rental since 2017.
Covering an area of approximately 150m2 (excluding annex building), it is equipped to accommodate 12 people.

Ground floor: living room opening onto patio, large kitchen opening onto a courtyard with covered terrace, large dining room, shower room with shower, separate WC.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (1 double bedroom with 160 cm bed - 2 double bedrooms with 140 cm bed - 1 children's bedroom with 3 x 2 bunk beds), 1 second bathroom with shower.
In front of the house: Non-adjoining garden with annex building converted into a recreation room (street between house and non-busy garden).
Equipment: gas cooking piano, gas plancha, dishwasher 12 place settings, large refrigerator, microwave, espresso machine, washing machine, television, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker, ...
Possibility of loaning 3 adult bikes (1 new mountain bike, 2 old road bikes)

Linen not provided - Possibility to rent sheets on arrival (bed linen: 12 € / bed / stay)

In the village: several shops, services and leisure activities (grocery store - bread store, butcher, post office, tourist office, paragliding school, multisport guides)
Located in a magnificent setting, Arbas is a beautiful village which is an ideal base for many nature activities.
From the village: hiking, road biking, mountain biking, paragliding, caving, fishing ... Less than an hour away: rafting, kayaking, tree climbing, hydrotherapy, ...
