About this property

Very beautiful villa with trees beside the vineyard and very quiet location. You will enjoy a large plot of 1300 m2 so that your children can play safely.

Take your breakfast in the morning on the large terrace and enjoy a serene atmosphere.

15 minutes from Marseillan-Plage, 15 minutes from Pezenas and 5 minutes from all amenities, you will also enjoy village festivals and local products.

If you wish, we have the possibility of putting a "small" swimming pool while waiting for the "real" one.

The villa consists of 3 bedrooms and an extra mezzanine equipped with a bed. Sheets are not provided but duvets, pillows and blankets are available.

It is equipped with all comfort TV 101 cm, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, outdoor drying rack, auxiliary oven and outdoor barbecue.

In terms of dishes, almost all the equipment is there to polish your kitchen.

For everything concerning very young children, there is the possibility of having a "baby" and high chair package. Please notify us in these cases.

As for games, there are some board games, and games for children too.

You will always be greeted with a vegetable basket cultivated in the spirit of permaculture. Furthermore, during your stay, you have the right to a morning discovery at the permaculture site to raise your awareness of the environment. . (summer period)

Accueil extra

Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Une confiance totale nous étant donnée. De très bons conseils, une maison fonctionnelle, un coin tranquille, avec cependant un petit bémol, la propreté du lieu, mais celui-ci n'avait sans doute pas été utilisé depuis assez longtemps. Certaines ustensiles de cuisine étaient aussi tout juste propres, ainsi que les draps fournis pour certains lits. La localisation de la location est parfaite, a 2 mn de Pomerols, 10 de Marseillan, 25 mn de Sète et que dire des dégustations de vin et mets locaux, sur les conseils des propriétaires. bref, coin et lieux à explorer à nouveau, car tellement de choses à voir et à faire.

Pour les amoureux de calme et de nature ...

Idéal pour tous ceux qui aiment se reposer après une journée de soleil et de plage . Le mas caché au bout d'une allée de laurelles et de pins , offre fraicheur , calme et tranquilité . Le terrain ( 1200m2 environ) est clos et ne présente aucun danger pour les enfants . La maison est parfaitement équipée et ne manque de rien . A proximité ,se nichent 2 petits villages charmants POMEROLS ( 3kms ) et PINET (1 km ) avec leurs Commerces ( boulangerie, supermarché, pizzeria, cave vinicole) . Tout est parfait pour passer un bon séjour de détente .Sans oublier l'accueil chaleureux et le sens du service du propriétaire . Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute. Nous conseillons très sincèrement .
