No you are not dreaming, this newly renovated midcentury townhouse is right on the shore of beautiful Okanagan Lake. Located 10 minutes from Vernon shopping and 35 minutes to Silver Star Mountain Ski Resort.
Enjoy a shared dock and beach with access to a buoy for your boat. The boat launch is 1/2 km away.
This 2 bedroom 1 bath 800 sq ft townhouse features all amenities including Wifi, all brand new appliances including fridge with filtered water and ice, dishwasher, microwave, full size laundry, air conditioning, Keurig coffee machine, 55” 4K cable TV with Netflix and PS4.
1 well behaved dog is permitted.
The deck is a perfect place to lounge with a drink and watch the ducks or swans swim by. If you are lucky enough you might witness another spotting of the Ogopogo.
No smoking is permitted on the property and there is a strict no loud noise bylaw in effect after 11 pm.
1 numbered parking stall is included with some visitor parking on a first come basis. Minimum 7 day stay.
