At 2680 sq ft, this spacious 5 bedroom/3 bathroom house is located within 15 miles of the airport in a quiet neighborhood. With 5 Queen bed bedrooms, sleeps a maximum of 10 people. Downstairs, the master bedroom with attached full bathroom has 1 Queen bed, and the second bedroom with pocket full bathroom has a Queen bed. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms (all Queen) with one full shared bathroom with 2 sinks. Visiting Austin for work? You will have access to a smart TV, high speed Internet and desk/workstation in each bedroom. On site parking in driveway and garage included. Onsite washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, microwave and oven. Kitchen with cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, blender, toaster, coffee maker, hot water kettle, carbon monoxide+smoke alarms, hair dryer. Starter supply of toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels.

There is one outdoor security camera overlooking the driveway and street with motion detector lights outside the garage door which will remain on during your stay for security purposes.

Guests will have access to the entire house. Access to 1 storage closet inside the house and a separate storage area adjacent to the garage will remain restricted. The Landlord may access the storage area adjacent to the garage from outside without any notification.
This home is self-check-in, so you will likely never see us. With that said, someone will always be available not too far from the house.

Only the number of guests on the reservation will be allowed to stay at the house. During reservation, all guest names and contact information must be shared with the host.

Breaking house rules will result in immediate eviction and forfeit of security deposit.
Strictly No Smoking and No Pets/Animals on the property.
The property is to be used for residence purpose only. The property may not be used for business or retail purposes.
High Speed Internet and all utilities, yard maintenance, and pest control are included in the reservation.
Lawn sprinkler system turns on the days designated by the city.
Guests may not wash automobiles, etc. outside the house as the city institutes restrictions and penalties on water usage. Guest will be responsible for these penalties.
Recycle dumpster may not be used for trash.
Garage can only be used for storing trash+recycle dumpsters, parking vehicles and storing non-hazardous personal belongings. Any other activity (e.g. oil change, car detail, etc.) is prohibited in the garage and on the property.
Garage door and all doors must remain closed/locked at all times.
Furniture may not be moved without seeking permission from the host.
No grills allowed on the property.
Please keep shoes off carpets.
Garbage and Recycle dumpsters must be taken out every Sunday night and placed back in the garage after pickup on Monday.
Quiet time after 10 pm. No parties allowed.
