The waterfront (canal) cottage style 4-unit house at quiet 249 Carolina Avenue off Estero Blvd. on Estero Island. There is a solar heated outdoor in-ground pool overlooking the canal. The house is toward the north end of the island and only a short 1 1/2 blocks (5 minute walk) to the beach, and 4 blocks (a 10 minute walk) to Fort Myers Beach "Times Square".

Fort Myers Beach is a popular destination for many locals, snowbirds, and vacationers alike. Fort Myers beach is a barrier island, about seven miles long. The island boasts miles of fabulous white sugar-sandy beaches along the Gulf of Mexico. The ocean floor slopes gently toward the horizon with no sudden drop-offs or big waves. These beaches are the perfect place to spend the day, from watersports such as parasailing and kayaking to simply relaxing on the beach. These beaches are also the perfect place to take in a breathtaking sunset.
Times Square is considered the heart of the Island's downtown. Full of shops and restaurants, Times Square features outdoor dining, street performers, and plenty of spots to sit down and relax. The area is adjacent to the Fort Myers Beach Pier, the best place to watch the astounding sunsets.
There are many thing to do on and around the island. Just off the coast and easy to reach are the islands of Sanibel and Captiva.

The property is hard-scaped. Pets must be taken off property to do their business.
Guests fee is $15 per person per day (includes use of the pool).

No smoking in the unit or the lanai, but is permitted around the pool area.
Age minimum to reserve (must be at unit during the entire rental): 25 years (no student groups).
Renter supplies paper products, etc.
No compensation for any mechanical issues during your stay (including pool) that are beyond the control of the owner.
One car parking at the property per unit.
The rate may increase if you rental prevents a 7 night minimum rental either before or after your rental.
