We sp0ent 10 days at the Neptune Villa and must say the stay was everything we hoped for. The Villa was very neat and clean and organized. We loved the Décor inside and outside. Home has a fantastic layout. Working with the Property Manager, Sylvia was a pleasure beginning to end. Highly recommend staying here. Look forwards to staying here gain if we travel to this area of Florida again. (John & Renita W.)
Dog poo in the yard, it seems that the previous guests had a large dog and didn't clean up after it, multiple piles thru out the yard. We also experienced a problem with the pool, but it was resolved in a couple of days.

Good overall
The place was very nice, my issue was with the woman the owners use to manage the property. She had a horrible attitude when I called her. We had time before check in and so I was going to spend it at my friends house, but I decided to call her early to be sure I could get ahold of her and get the lockbox code. She screamed at me we can't check in till 4 because people had left that day. She also misunderstood why I called at first, and said I should have gotten all info from the owners, I should contact them. I explained I thought she had the code and then she said yes she did and gave it to me. Later in the week the gardners came and they ran over my dog leashes I had outside. They were tucked in very close to the back door of the pool, but he drove right up and over them. Shredded one completely, and cut into the second so it will eventually break. I went over to talk to them and the guy just shrugged at me like he did not understand what I was saying. So I had to once again call the property manager. She once again sounded annoyed I dared call her. Then she told me I should talk to the guys about the chains. I said I tried but they acted like they did not speak English. Then she said one should, unless it was a different service, and asked me who they were.. like I had any clue. They left shortly after it happened before I was even done on the phone with her. I told her she was completely useless and hung up on her. On check out day, she was supposed to be there but someone else came in her place, she was on vacation, maybe that was why she was so pissed off getting calls? Maybe I should have been given a different contact? I asked the guy if we would get any reimbursement for the ruined chains and he said he had no idea. So as I said my issues were with the manager. The home was very nice, we had been talking about coming again already before we contacted the manager the second time. It was very good price for what they had to offer and very close to friends we have who live down there so perfect to rent again, except we are a little put off by the manager.

Our manager, who has always been praised by all guests for her very friendly, helpful and obliging nature, sees the process very different. It is therefore out of the question for us to judge this matter. However, we are pleased that Mr. David T. reports that he liked the quality of the home and the price and that he would like to come back.
We enjoyed our three-generation vacation to this home. A bathroom for each bedroom made mornings and cleanup after the pool or beach a breeze. The generously sized dining table was great for game nights and meals. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook all of our meals while we were there. Having a heated pool that was accessible and viewable from most rooms in the house was wonderful! The kids spent hours swimming each day. We truly enjoyed the indoor/outdoor living aspect of the screened lanai. We started our day by opening the giant sliding doors and they stayed open most of the time we were home and awake!
Spacious ranch with high ceilings. Pool seemed very clean, though patio area could use some power-washing in the corners. Well-stocked house and very responsive home manager. Very convenient to travel all around Southwest Florida!
Great neighborhood, loved the location, beautiful home. The place could use a clean up. The outside beds looked unattended. The pool/screened area was moldy and dirty. The floors in the bathroom could have been cleaned better. Even the comforter on the master bed was on sideways making it appear it did not fit the bed. Overall great house just little things from perfect.
The home was beautiful and the location was perfect. Great friendly neighbors. The house was fully stocked with everything you need for cooking. The property manager was great and responded timely to all questions and issues we had.
Really centrally located to all the places we wanted to go to - the pool was awesome and the fact that it was so close to the canal made it extra special - will definitely recommend to our friends
we stayed here while we were house shopping the area and it had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. quiet, clean and a nice pool to relax in after a long day .

Great pool & canal views
Very roomy house easily accommodated 6 adults; boat lift was awesome as we love to go boating and fishing; pool was amazing to cool off; canal offered nice views and very serene at night. We were not expecting to be told that electricity is not "totally" included and that we have an allowance of 35 dollars for the week or else get fined. Never heard of this before. Couldn't find it in the rental agreement. We were informed day of.

Mattresses are a matter of taste, some like them soft, others harder! Obviously we have been lucky so far, as no one has ever complained.
The solar system is switched off in all houses in the area because the outside temperature is almost 100 degrees and the pools without solar are already like a bathtub! The idea is that the pool should still be a bit refreshing.
We would of course have changed this if the tenants had informed me, Sylvia or Alyssa about it.
This house is perfect wide open floor plan large pool everything you need towels and beach towels all your cooking needs ice and water on fridge a blender like everything you can fish on channel Sylvia the property manager was top notch easy access to her very quick responses literally perfect!!!
This was my second time at this house and I will definitely come back. The pool is wonderful! It’s in a quiet neighborhood but just a short drive to Sanibel, or Ft. Myers Beach. Lots to do and see in this area.
Wonderful kept property. Enjoyed everything it had to offer. Nothing was forgotten as far as essentials. The best experience we have had staying away from home. Felt like home from day one. Wonderful neighbors, quiet and pleasant time. Wold love to stay again. Owners and manager did a great job in making the experience a fantastic one. Feel blessed to have stayed in such a beautiful home . A huge thank you to Alex, Elisa and Sylvia.
Spent time here Thanksgiving 2020. Beautifully clean home with a nice welcome tray upon arrival. The rooms were spacious with thoughtful decor. Neighborhood was quiet and yet friendly. Plenty of cleaning supplies-which is a must for me. Very comfortable seating and had no hassles with the pool and pool area. The work-desk and printer was phenomenal. Everything we needed; didn't having to buy anything. This has NEVER happened before. Have saved this property to my faves.
We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home. We brought things with us that we thought we would need but this house is so well stocked that we needn't have bothered. We thoroughly enjoyed this gorgeous home and pool. Would highly recommend this rental to anyone. Very clean.
This was the perfect place for a week-long getaway. Beautiful scenery, house and weather. The large kitchen was fun for meal creation especially during COVID. Sylvia quickly responded with any questions we had. Definitely booking here again.
We were very satisfied with this home, and it’s location. The owners were responsive, and the property manager Sylvia was a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely stay here again.
