It was a very nice clean home in a nice location and neighborhood. The only problems we had was that the house was sparsely equipped with cooking and eating essentials. The owner took care of that problem and the items were delivered promptly to the residence within a day. The only other problem was with the TV service. It had tons of channels, but no stations for local news in Cape Coral and surrounding areas, and regular network shows. We called the owner about that problem and he said he would be there in a couple days which turned out to be about 10 days. The owner apparently lives in Miami and apparently didn't have a local property manager, so he was two and a half hours away. He did show up on the day he promised. He was very polite but couldn't understand that we wanted local news and weather channels, and not national news from all over the country. He finally understood so he went and bought two external antennas. He installed them but couldn't get them to work and he had to leave to get back for his job in Miami. We do appreciate his efforts to get the TV service working and we finally were able to get them to work ourselves. Other than those issues it was a nice home as said before and we enjoyed our stay.
