Welcome to our Surf Cottage! We are located exactly where you want to be during your visit to Pacific City. Short walk (.2 miles) to the beach, Pelican Brewery, Pacific City Market, Ben & Jeff's Taco's, Moment Surf Shop, Meridian Restaurant & Bar, Tide Pools Spa, and more! 4 Private parking spots on property. Flat cement parking slab for your friends with campers/RV. Be in the heart of town, but enjoy a private road (no street parking for non residents/guests). We know you will enjoy your stay!

OUR SPACE:
Let our home, be your home. The Surf Cottage is newly renovated with brand new appliances, furniture and bathroom fixtures. Enjoy an open floor plan and large back deck - complete with BBQ & outdoor seating.

Master Bedroom:
- Private Full Bathroom
- Exit to back deck
- Queen Bed
- Large closet for storage
- Washer & Dryer located here, with closable door. Please keep cycle on LOW.

Second Bedroom:
- Full Bed
- Large closet for storage
- Electrical Breaker Box located here (to left of bed)

Third Bedroom:
- Twin Bunk Bed
- Closet for storage
**Please DO NOT climb on top of the closet - not safe, no guard, not suitable for sleeping.

Master Bath:
- Located in master bedroom.
- Spacious shower with rain shower head - equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
- Sink
- Toilet
- Sink with small storage via bathroom mirror

Guest Bath
- Shower equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
- Toilet
- Full Vanity with toiletries & towels.

Towels and extra sheets are located next to the guest bathroom.

ENTERTAINMENT:

When you can't be out at the beach.. Cable TV & WiFi is available. Our smart tv allows you to sign into your favorite entertainment apps (just remember to sign out!). We also have a wide variety of DVD’s. The Xbox plays all DVD's and BlueRay. We also have a handful of video games available, with 4 controllers. A variety of board games are available as well in the closet closest to the door.

Use of Fireplace:
Please ONLY use the fireplace when you are home. Do not leave full flame burning with door open, and unattended. Wood is available on all sides of our home. Enjoy!

Kitchen:
- Brand new LG appliances including double door refrigerator & large pull out freezer, electric stove & oven, dishwasher, crockpot, rice cooker, pancake electric griddle and extra large toaster oven.

Dining Area:
- Dining table complete with 6 chairs (extra chairs outside on the deck, please return if you need to use them)

Outside Deck:
- Dining table complete with 6 chairs
- Propane BBQ
- Gated surrounding fence

Guest access: You have access to the entire house. Garage is owner use only. Please keep shoes at front door to limit sand in the house.

Interaction with guests: I am available via text/call/Email/air bnb messaging. I respond quickly. Occasionally in the area with friends.

Other things to note: FOR GUESTS WITH ALLERGIES: While we enjoy our Surf Cottage, we do have pets. All dog breeds are hypoallergenic. We do not allow dogs from renters. Also, our bed comforters have down feathers. Please reach out with ANY questions or concerns.
